"We feel very lucky to have been able to reserve a room with a lovely panoramic view of Valparaiso and the bay. The staff were amazing, and the location excellent. We happened upon the Concepcion funicular, an inexpensive way to get down to the harbor area. The neighborhood has many walking tours to look at the street art. A shout out to the staff—Karen who checked us in and was so helpful, Pablo the manager and Melissa on the afternoon shift. Loved this hotel and would choose this one again. "

"This was a lovely property and the view from our room was great. We had a small deck which overlooked the street and the harbour beyond - it was so wonderful to enjoy the fresh air. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful and the bed was very comfortable, lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance - a lovely stay in a charming hill top setting1"
