Not bad for the pricePosted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: Nice and Cheap!
Cons: Move the bed out to the way of the A/C unit.
Location: Straight shot to down town Atlanta. Close to a bunch of food.
Check in was very quick. I did get my requested non-smoking room which did not smell of smoke at all. I did have a ciggarette burn in my blanket though. Did not notice anything dirty/falling apart in the hotel. I did hate that the A/C blew directly in my face giving me a bit of a runny nose. They did not clean between days I stayed.

Dripping ceiling.Posted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Good location. Staff is very nice.
Cons: Carpet is disgusting.
Location: Plenty of places nearby to eat. Convenient to interstate. Nice selection of good modestly price places to eat nearby.
Water dripped out of the grill in the bathroom for my entire stay. Carpet was filthy! On the other hand the rest of the room was spotless. Room was small. Rooms get no attention for the whole week stay so guest must do your own trash etc. The hotel staff is very very nice but not very effective. I reported the drip on the first day and it was not taken care of.

Front Desk was not helpfulPosted Aug 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Had some issues with the staff telling us we could pay by credit card before the visit, and when we arrived, we were told he had to have the card with him and fill out a prequel form. Front desk personnel were rude and uncaring for the situation we were in and would not work with us. Glad for Hotels.com.

Decent place, cranky staffPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The price of the hotel made the stay worth it. The room was small, but large enough for my needs. I booked a 2 double bed room, but the woman at the front desk said they were out of double beds and gave me 2 twin beds instead. I booked the stay around 10:30 then promptly drove to the hotel. The hotel lobby closes at 11:00. I arrived right at 10:59. The woman at the front desk was very rude when I tried explaining that I made prior reservations. At first she was not going to give me a key to my room, but after inquiring what I was supposed to do since my credit card was already charged, she finally let me in and gave me a key. While in the lobby, I did not feel like a guest, but that I was a terrible inconvenience. The hotel is in a quiet area with the exception of a few people hanging out on their balcony singing and playing instruments. This is not the hotel to book if you are looking for hotel amenities or quality of staff service, but if you need a comfortable room at a decent price, I recommend this location. I would book a stay here again as long as I could arrive before 10:30 pm because the price is worth it to me.

Disappointment all the way. Drove 12 hours and original room was Overbooked , had to be put up 12 miles farther away, smaller room and bed. nothing around to eat except McDonalds and a waffle house. our cleaning day was monday so if we wnated clean towels, we had to put in bag and deliever to front desk. would not recomend this hotel to anyone at any price.

It met a needPosted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: It was in a great location. It was just two exits from where we needed to be each day. It had Wi-Fi. I felt safe as well.
Cons: It really needs a good cleaning. Looked great from a distance but when you got close, the stairs and hallways needed a good power wash, carpets too.
Location: At exit 31A, close to exit 29 where we had our conference. Even in rush hour we could get where we needed to be. We weren't looking for attractions.
We had to be in Atlanta for 3 days for a conference and could not afford most of the hotels near by, where the conference was. We were happy to find a place very close to our conference and where we could prepare meals. I had requested non-smoking but was told that all non-smoking had been unavailable for weeks. There was no indication when I made reservations online that this was an issue. But thankfully it was not as smoky as I imagined and we stayed. There were not enough utensils for our family of 4. One of the stove burners did not work and the carpet was sticky. I kept my shoes on. But the beds were clean and there were no bedbugs! The air condition worked great and we were on the top floor at the very end so we had a nice quiet room. I felt safe, which is not always easy in a big city like Atlanta. It was in a great location and met a need.
