“Coaching Opportunities”

I really like the Hotel, however; there are some coaching opportunites that some of the staff need. The person that checked me out was very rude and unprofessional. Her appearance alone should not have been tolerated. I asked for some fresh towels and shampoo and she asked me if I can come and get them. I was appalled by that! When she brought the items to my room I said "Thank You", with her mouth CLOSED she said UM HUH. Totatlly Ridiculous and Unprofessional. Other than that....I loved it!!!!!

Booked this room kind of the at the last minute when the Illini basketball game time was changed from Sat PM or Sunday AM to Satuday AM. Had driven by the hotel and it did not stand out. What a great place! Arrived late (midnight) after driving through a pounding rainstorm. Friendly staff; huge room compared to others for the same price. 'Suite' hide-a-bed section with the half-wall was a nice touch. Comfy beds! Breakfast gave many choices - eggs, bacon, make your own waffles - and they were still restocking food 5 minutes before breakfast closed. I will stay there again!

“Huge Room”

The room was huge and beautiful. (A couch and 2 queens). It was very modern and clean. The front desk service was also very friendly and helpful. I used the gym in the morning and it had a treadmill, bike, and a weights machine. Great hotel. I will stay there again anytime I come to Champaign.

I would stay there again. One of Champaign/Urbana's finest hotels. The staff was very courteous and the facilities are very clean.

The rooms were well kept and maintained. The flat screen television and the extra comfortable beds were well worth it. The room was very spacious and the staff extremely friendly. I love this hotel because they offer a free breakfast, which was actually quite nice because there was a huge selection of food. Also, there was a snack served from 5-7 in the evening. I think the best part was the fact that the pool and jacuzzi area was open 24 hours for adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling.

This hotel was wonderful! Close to the university, great hot breakfast, 24-hr indoor pool and hot tub and exercise facilities, extremely helpful staff at the front desk, sinfully comfortable and spacious room-I will definitely stay here agin when I return to town!

Great, clean hotel! Comfy bed and all the amenities of a higher priced hotel. Thumbs up!

“Happy family”

With four kids, the suites were the perfect size. There was enough sleeping space for everyone using the fold out couch. During the day we folded it up and that gave us a little extra room to move around and get ready. The pool was very nice. It was a good size with a very nice hot tub. We were on the ground floor and had to shuffle through the lobby with our swim stuff on though. Breakfast was very good with enough variety to keep us all happy. The waffle machine was a hit with us. We will definitely try a Comfort Suite again in the future.
