Nice and peaceful, breakfast was good slept comfortably clean and cozy linen. Swimming pool at the right temperature.

Good room and staff. Pool has no steps,has ladders
Room and service were great and the breakfast was decent!
We were disappointed with the pool. We always book a hotel with a pool and it only had ladders not stairs down into it. They had a handicap lift but was not worth it for us since neither of us are handicapped but can’t really use the ladder either.

I recognize your time is valuable and appreciate the feedback you have taken the time to provide.
This is was a pleasant place to stay all around. Popcorn and other snacks in the lobby. However, the desk attendants spent more time looking at their cell phone and sitting against the back wall than greeting customers....they could have made the experience amazing, but their lack of interest in greeting folks coming and going was highly disappointing and leaving one curious about security.

Average hotel, nothing special, bathtub dirty, very hot water in the shower -- plus from me, nothing to watch in the Tv -- no premium channels, very fast Wi-Fi-- nice,, breakfast Ok.

The room was not habitable due to water from a roof leak. There were no rooms available with dry carpet. The staff did not know the condition of the rooms before they sent us up to the room. They offered another room but it was wet also. After check-in, the staff informed us that the roof repair would be continuous from 9am to 9pm. The staff were not prepared and did not even know what to do to help us find another room at another hotel.

The shower was dirty with hair in it !!! There was ppl above making noise all night couldn’t get a rested night!!!

The room had a strong smell of some sort of cleaning supply. I did see a lot of dust around the lamp and plug-in cords. The bed was pretty comfortable.
I wanted a room away from crowds. And was placed next to the front entry and dining area. The tub had stains that look like dirt. Room was extra small. Cabnet was off the hinges and tge door would not close correctly. Cost of my room over valued. Not happy.
Easy access on and off highway. Night staff was friendly and welcoming, but the breakfast staff was unfriendly and the front desk clerk was stand-offish. The garbage outside the front door was overfull and had bags and soda boxes sitting around it when we arrive and was the same when we departed. Some cleaner or air freshener was overly strong in the room when we arrived, to the -point that we almost had to ask for a different room. The bathroom floor was slippery - at first we thought it was the tile, but as we investigated in the morning we realized that it was dirty. The breakfast was good, except for the coffee which was horribly weak. Bed was comfortable, they had nice newer towels and hot showers with strong water pressure.
