“Inexpensive, but worth the price”

Stayed in the Red Roof overnite while visitng our daughter at U of I. Convenient to the interstate, ample parking, dozens of rstaurants in the vicinity. Room was clean, basic, and comfortable. Budget price. No complaints.

Room was comfortable but motel could use some updating.

Service was wonderful and so close to the university. Service was great and the room was clean. Will be here at least three weeks. Only drawback is need more rooms with a fridge and microwave.

You simply can't beat this hotel for the price. It is by far the cheapest in the area, and is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious compared to Microtel. Great location with tons of food vendors within walking distance. The mall is a couple blocks away as well.

“Clean and Economical”

This hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable, and affordable. It is certainly not a five star motel, but I would stay there again. It is in walking distance to Alexander's Steak House which is an excellent cook-your-own steak house. Overall, I was very satisfied.

“In the heart of it all”

This hotel was in the heart of everything. My daughter was house hunting in Champaign/Urbana. We arrived at the hotel late at night and were met with courteous and helpful clerks (one in training). Check in was quick and the room was clean and everything was in working order. I neglected to ask for internet connectivity when making my reservation, however, a handy little phamplet was given to us to access the internet with a very minimal charge. The Red Roof Inn was very close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and an enclosed mall with every kind of retail store. She is buying her home there and the Red Roof Inn was a very comfortable place for needs. I would stay there again and without hesitation would recommend fly, rental car, and hotel packages with Expedia.

“pet friendly”

It was very convenient for us to be able to take our medium sized dog with us. The room was simple but quiet. A hairdryer had to be asked for, but was given without extra charge.

“OK Deal for the Money”

The first room we went into was flooded. The staff did realize the mistake, and had a new room for us before we even had to go to the front desk. The staff was very friendly! The rooms are average.
