We were very pleased when we went into our room. It was attractively decorated, clean and appealing. It was so comfortable to come in and relax after a busy day of sightseeing and family activities.

This appeared to be brand new and had all the high-tech features you would look for in a hotel. Internet connections in room, Flat screen TV in room, BEAUTIFUL, MODERN decor. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Nearby a highway for easy access. Not too far from airport (Sky Harbor). Great service!Loved this hotel, and would definitely stay here again when in Chandler. Huge plus: ASU college parents--this is only about a 20 min. drive to campus!

“Good place from which to get things done in southern Phoenix metro area”

This is a comfortable, working hotel. It's not a resort although the amenities are nice. If you need to travel to the southern Phoenix metro area for business or a conference, this is a good place to stay.

The hotel was exceptional in all areas rated, and although not as conveniently located as I was led to believe (close to the Chandler Mall in my mind would be adjacent/within a comfortable block or two, which this wasn't), I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. What put this hotel over the top was when we arrived home and discovered we had left a piece of luggage. In a previous stay in Chandler, at a higher rated hotel, we had left a very nice leather jacket. It was the morning we left that we noticed our oversight, and immediately contacted the hotel. It was never found. This hotel found the luggage, and agreed to hold it for us for a week until we could make arrangements to pick it up. Staff was very honest, helpful, and friendly. Would recommend it to everyone.

The Cafe is a really nice place to eat. We had the oatmeal for breakfast and you get a large mug-type bowl with little side bowls. One with brown sugar, one with walnuts and one with a mix of dried cranberries and raisins. The Starbucks coffee tops it off. Much nicer oatmeal breakfast than what you'd find at McD's. For the evening, the loaded potato soup was very satisfying, too.

This is a great hotel close to everything with updated comfortable rooms, a useable workspace, microwave and refrigerator. Good wi-fi . Conveniently located right off the 202 where the 101 intersects. Really cool lobby/ bar area. Very modern. Not much of a view to the west but I wasnt there for the views. The workout area is nice, next to the pool. The pool is basic. Nice chairs and misting system. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
