Place is pretty decent, across the street from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Big parking lot, which is a plus, parking in greece is very precious. Apartment is very clean, rooms are clean, they have a nice swimming pool. We had a wifi issue in our room, and so they moved us to a better and bigger room, which is so nice of them. Receptionist could be better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Good location
The owners will welcome you with a dram of raki, a local grape spirit. The hotel is right across the road from the beach and has lots of parking places. The room that we stayed in was a -1 basement level room and was quite awkwardly located. We could neither leave the balcony door open, nor could we have the curtains pulled back as the room was directly across the pool and the bar area and it would have been seen by anyone walking by. The bed was not clean at all as there were bread or biscuit crumbs under the bed sheet all over the place. Breakfast was rather sparse, with only a few slices of cheese and ham really, so we did not even bother eating there. We thought we'd be better off having a proper breakfast in a nearby taverna. Don't think we'll be staying there again.

Lovely spacious room
Our room was lovely & clean with cutlery & crockery sufficient for our needs. Our only comments would be that there was no kettle or bottle opener/corkscrew. Extra pillows are also needed & the sheets could have been longer. Overall it did not detract from our holiday & we would be happy to return

Lovely aparthotel with pool, close to beach et al
This was our first family holiday (we hadn't been abroad for 16 years!) so we were quite apprehensive as you can imagine! We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Kostas & Nikos couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and we felt at home straight away. We had a fabulous 2nd floor apartment overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside, the apartment was very comfortable with ample room for a family of four. If we had one complaint it would be that the air conditioning was only really effective in the main living area (where the children were sleeping) and didn't quite reach the main bedroom, so we reverted to just leaving the balcony doors open to allow for any breeze. Linen was changed at least every other day and everywhere was kept very clean and tidy. Either Kostas or Nikos were available from early in the morning until late at night should we have had any queries and there was a lovely selection of food and drink available at the bar. The pool was clean and very welcoming! Inflateable items were available for use for the children and sunbeds & umberellas for sunbathing in or out of the shade. There was also a small play area with swing and slide for young children. Breakfast could be eaten inside or outside by the pool - a reasonable selection of continental items available.

Nice apartments, beach just across the road
Clean apartments, cleaners comes every day, pool right under ur balcony, snacks and drinks at the bar, friendly staff especially to kids, swings and slide for kids. Beach is across the road, lots of restaurant most of them wv playgrounds. Chania is only 10min on the aircon bus.Nice quite area would definately recomend it.

Beautiful Crete
Hotel was in ideal location set back off road. Pool quiet and very clean. Family run...friendly and very helpful. Bus on main road 20 mins to chania. beach lovely and 2 min walk. Will definitely be returning and can highly recommend.

We both found the beds quite hard, but that could just be personal preference. Otherwise great apartments, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, good location relative to the beach, restaurants and bus stops. Would definitely use again.

The apartment was perfect. They are full equiped with all the necessary things you need. The Wi-Fi which is free works perfectly in the whole setlement. The whole place was clean and safe for the children which enjoyed the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly.

one of the best places i ve been in Greece
Artemis apartments is one of the most comfort and convenient place i have been in Crete! I am Greek and i can see clearly that this place provides a very good quality accommodation service. The apartment was very spacious, clean and with a nice view in the swimming pool. The place is ideal for families with young children like us, and the very good location gives you the opportunity to travel around this part of Crete. I would recommend this place without hesitation and i cant wait to go again next summer!!

Rent, trivelig personale og alt fungerte som det skal. Stort pluss med romslig familieleilighet med stor balkong hvor vi kunne spise frokost i morgensolen. Veldig kort vei til stranden, og tilbaketrukket beliggenhet fra gaten. Gratis parkering rett utenfor. Ungene koste seg i bassenget hver morgen. Takk for fine dager! 😊☀️👏

Très bon accueil, résidence très propre et bien entretenue, l’emplacement est bon près des grands axes pour se déplacer en voiture, la plage est juste de l’autre côté de la rue en face, il y a plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Vi har hatt et flott opphold. Fikk en fin studio leilighet beregnet på to personer. Romslig leilighet og veranda med utsikt over bassengområdet. Veldig gode senger. God plass til klær og annet utstyr.Kunne vært mere utstyr på kjøkkenet det var to av kopper/glass og fat. Badet var ok med dusjkabinett. Fint bassengområde med en liten bar hvor det var sitteplasser. Her kunne man spise frokost om man bestiller med det. For å komme til stranden må man over en traffikert vei, men det tar bare to minutter å gå og denne delen av stranda er veldig fin. De som driver hotellet og baren er alle hyggeig og hjelpsomme. Vi leide bil og det var god plass til parkering like ved. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og kan annbefale dette hotellet.

Horrible!!!! Hôtelier malhonnête qui pense à son propre intérêt qui est l’argent. Hôtel situé dans un endroit marécageux en plein cagnard ombragé uniquement par des parasols effet serre garantie. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos !!!!! Hôtel plus adaptes aux adultes avec adolescents qu’aux enfants en bas âges . Trop d’escalier , piscine non protégés , plage à proximité profonde et beaucoup de courants. Hôtelier pas aimable et malhonnête qui n’assume pas ses erreurs . Très déçu , fuyez vous avez mieux à quelques kilomètres de là.

Ett hotell som inte bjuder på vare sig mer eller mindre. Lyhörda rum. Hörde våra grannars konversationer. Medioker frukost utan någon som helst variation. Service ok. Fick hjälp att hyra bil annars inget speciellt. Ok poolområde. Närområdet jättebra. Lugnt men ändå med utbud av restauranger och mindre butiker.

Rent och fräscht lägenhetshotell. Nära jättefin strand. Inte mycket matlagningsmöjligheter. Lite hårda sängar. Personalen var serviceinriktade. Helt ok frukost och det fanns även möjlighet att köpa smårätter vid poolbaren. De hjälpte oss också att boka bussutflykt till Elafoniso-stranden.

Hotel Carino e confortevole, a pochi minuti in auto da Platanias e Chania. Attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia. Pulizia ok, colazione un po' scarsa ma sembra che sia così un po' dappertutto in Grecia. Piscina piccola ma carina, con bar e lettini. Consigliato.

Flott lite hotell litt utenfor "sentrum"
Flott, lite hotell som ligger litt utenfor "sentrum". Vi hadde booket familierom. 200 meter til stranda. Nært til ett par restauranter og butikker (den italienske på hjørnet anbefales). Ca 20 min gange til Agia Marina, ca 30 min til Platanias (men taxi er billig;)) Meget bra servicegrad og hyggelig personale. Vask av rommet 6 av 7 dager. Nye håndklær hver dag. Lite/medium basseng (ca 1,8 meters dybde) men vi var der i august så det var ikke noe problem. Liten poolbar (med lite støy) med enkel servering. Stor appartement., men rominndelingen er litt rar (ingen stue, litt overdimensjonert kjøkken) men sånn er det vel i Hellas:) AC på soverom og "stue" som funker bra. Massevis av garderobeplass. Fri Wi-Fi (som funker bra). Ingen problemer med varmtvann (ihvertfall ikke når vi var der). Godt med solsenger rundt bassenget. Ting jeg vil trekke på: harde senger uten overmadrass. TV med så rar plassering at den ikke kunne brukes (men hvem trenger TV på ferie egentlig?!). Litt dårlig utrustet kjøkken (feks stekeplate, men ingen stekepanne). Endel lyspærer som var gåen eller som hadde ALTFOR mange watt. Frokost med svært lite utvalg (våre barn gikk fort lei ristet brød med ost eller syltetøy), som ofte var tom for enkelte ingredienser. Vil gi 5 stjerner ift pris og servicegrad. Men kun 3 stjerner ift standard og i sammenligning med andre hoteller. Hotellet passer perfekt for småbarnsfamilier og par som vil ha litt mer ro enn større hotell. Anbefales.

Struttura di recente costruzione, dotata di parcheggio privato, a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Chania. Le parti comuni erano pulite, la stanza quadrupla della prima notte era molto ampia ma il condizionatore era presente solo nel soggiorno quindi la camera da letto è risultata molto calda e dormendo con la finestra aperta abbiamo subito l'assedio delle zanzare. La stanza della seconda notte ci è stata consegnata in condizioni non buone e purtroppo c'era la classica puzza di pulizie fatte male. Anche se abbiamo sollecitato la direzione ad effettuare pulizie più approfondite, al nostro ritorno non era cambiato nulla. Le tendine delle docce in entrambe le stanze erano talmente inutili che i bagni si allagavano. La colazione a buffet in locale sotterraneo lasciava molto a desiderare. Wi-fi incostante.
