“Not bad for the price, not bad at all!”

Nice hotel. A little far from downtown Houston, but easy access via I-10. Room was clean. Staff very friendly, and accomadating. One small problem was that the hotel was fully booked, which meant we had to change from an upstairs King to a downstairs double Queen because of my disability. But the staff was very willing to make that change on my behalf. Also, when they are filled up, they run out of parking near the rooms. Overflow is behind the hotel. And Handicapped parking was not enforced. But all in all, I'd say it was a very good deal for the money.

“Will definitely use again”

I was pleasantly suprised with this motel. The amenities were very sufficent with wireless, fridge and micro and a good selection on cable. There is a lot of noise outside due to a busy intersection, but with the door closed and the A/C on you couldn't hear any of it. My king non smoking room was fresh and clean, linens were good with towels and washcloths being supple instead of the usual. There is a strip mall with several eateries and a grocery store adjacent to the hotel well within walking distance. Security is good and the entire property is well lit and the I-10 ramp is just a couple of blocks up the service road for easy access. The continental breakfast was a little light but did have fruit, waffles, cereal and sweet rolls. All in all it was a good stay and I will definitely use them again

“Clean & Comfortable”

Room was very clean. Looks a little old and might not be well maintained - but was extremely clean. Easy to get on & off interstate. Morning staff was not very friendly but evening staff was extremely friendly. We skipped breakfast for McDonald's across the street. There was some confusion at check in about Expedia prepayment but by morning it was cleared up.

Nice hotel for the price. Very bright colors in the room! - Magenta, lime green, blue ceiling with clouds. Despite the colors, it was very clean. The hotel is located on the service road of I-10 west, very convenient for travelers. The shopping center next door seemed a bit sketchy, but the hotel was fine to stay for just the night.

“Great room - not so good parking”

The room and staff were great - it was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the parking - there isnt much parking in the main lot and the pakring spots are very slender. I would not suggest parking in the back lot next to the hotel.

Room had some maintenance issues and the neighborhood is not that great. But, it was extremely close to where we needed to be, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was okay. It was clean, and that's important. The light over the sink was burned out, and housekeeping replaced it while we were gone. Upon returning, the parking lot was overfull and people were having to park illegally (the lot is way too small). When we got back to our room I went to open the window because it was too hot in the room. I was horrified to discover that both the top and bottom latches of the window were unlocked.
