prydligt hotell, Tyvärr pratar inte recepionisten engelska, bara franska. Wi Fi fungerade inte. trist

Dear guests, We do thank you for having taken time to leave a comment onE XEDIA. We are quite sad, indeed, to read that our staff was not able to communicate with you in an international language... They are supposed to be able to answer your requests and anticipate your needs in french and english at least. Please be sure that necessary corrective measure have been taken so that this situation does not happen again. Regarding Internet, we have changed our system entirely one week ago so WIFI shoul not be a proble any,more. Hoping to see you again at Mercure Chaponnay Elodie HOUSSAIS Rooms division manager
