Nice Appart’hotel as a base in La Rochelle’s
We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things for me. The bathroom was a bit tired. But everything worked. The hotel was very pet friendly. It is as a great base for a short break in La Rochelle for the last couple of hot days in October.

While the property is showing it’s wear in a few places, that wasn’t an issue at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the paid parking is a very small amount for being able to leave the vehicle there after you have checked out for the day, and we appreciated having a kitchenette with kids for breakfast. Recommended for families with kids and those who like to do some walking.

Rooms need updating.
Please send me the phone number of the person who took the photos of the rooms. I'm 73. Maybe he can make ME look years younger! Reception, parking, late entry, communication all very good. Busy but quiet, but overall dowdy and maybe a bit pricy for minimum level accommodation. Very convenient for La Rochelle hospital and could leave car whilst in consultation there.

Good for a short city trip to La Rochelle.
A nice 2-floor apartment with a small kitchen, a (not so clean) balcony, and good WiFi. It is only a few minutes from La Rochelle city centre. Although I would not want to have a family holiday for a week here, it is well placed for a short city trip to La Rochelle.

Excellent value for money and nice staff
We used this accommodation for a 2-week business trip and it provided a very good base, with secure car park, a fridge in a spacious room and very kind staff. It is functional and very good value for money

Ok. Cheap clean but basic.
Decent apartment in a noisy environment. Only 2 things that put me off using them again... There was a bit of a procedure to get the keys which involved calling a central number and getting a code to a key box. Ok, if you've got charge in your phone. No air-con...my fault for not noticing, but it was a very hot night, so had to open windows which had no security (ground floor).

perfect location as i don't drive - only 5 minutes walk from train station - less than 10 minutes walk from city centre and all atractions - staff is very nice - the only thing is the office should be signed properly when you entrance in the building

Bon appart hotel
Bien que LEGEREMENT vieillissant (moquette), cet appart'hotel reste très propre, possède le nécessaire, et la personne à la reception est très aimable et serviable. Le parking extérieur semble suffisant, et il y a aussi un parking sous terrain (que nous n'avons pas utilisé). Petit détail technique : si vous vous bataillez avec la plaque chauffante, ne faites pas comme nous qui avions le regard fixé sur les touches, mais levez les yeux : face à nous, au dessus de la plaque, était la notice expliquant la raison pour laquelle nous n'arrivions pas à faire fonctionner les feux après avoir appuyé sur le bouton marche/Arrêt : la sécurité était enclenchée, et il suffisait de déverouiller la sécurité. ;-) Si nous revenons à la Rochelle, nous reviendrons sûrement.

Nous n’avons fait qu’une escale d’une nuit. Lit très confortable et petite cuisine pratique, très gentil accueil …. Appart’City est un bon compromis avec un rapport qualité vraiment correct avec tout de même des aménagements un peu vieillot…. Nous reviendrons pour de très courts séjours.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de distribuer des mauvais points aux hotels ou aux appart'hotels, mais celui ci est assez vieillot, nous n'avons pas eu de chance nous sommes venus deux jours de forte chaleur, et il n'y a pas de climatisation, nous avons énormement souffert de la chaleur, nous avions à disposition un ventilateur heureusement. je trouve le mobilier et l'aspect général assez vieux. le personnel est trés accueillant mais ça ne vaut pas le prix qu'on nous a demandé, c'est dommage avec quelques installation, ça pourrait etre assez bien mais je pense qu'il est grand temps de renover ce lieu.

Chambre simple , propre . Réceptionniste très aimable, souriante et de très bons conseils pour se déplacer, pour visiter. Lit confortable mais oreiller très très plat juste les oreillers à revoir. Dommage qu'il n y ai pas un petit balcon.
