“Loved the hotel, location, people!”

This was a fantastic place to stay for a newbie to Charleston. The staff (especially Sandy at the front desk) was extremely helpful, courteous, polite, and available for anything I needed. The location near the Market and many restaurants and shops was so convenient, and the rooftop breakfast each morning was a great way to start the days. I would definitely return to the Andrew Pinckney Inn the next time I'm in Charleston.

“Great getaway hotel for two”

We spent our 25th anniversary at Andrew Pinckney Hotel. Great accommodation and location. Staff was so friendly. Bed very comfy. The deluxe continental breakfast was awesome everyday and the added touch of dining on the rooftop in the morning air was wonderful... not to mention the delicious afternoon snack in the lobby. Charleston tours are the way to sightsee and restaurants abound. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. We drove our car only when we went to the beach! The price was quite reasonable. Only negative was waterpressure could have been better in the shower. All in all, a great stay!

“A charming place for the price”

Considering the price and location of this hotel, it's a steal. We were lucky enough to get a corner room in the building across from the lobby -- not only had this area clearly been renovated, but the corner rooms were clean, spacious, and sunny. Everything in the room was new and well maintained. Continental breakfast was very simple -- pastries and cereal, mostly. My one complaint would be the nighttime street noise as tourists vacated bars around 2am; the walls simply didn't block it out.

“Great Getaway”

Andrew Pinkney Inn gives the ambiance of a centuries old Charlestonian residence with all of the modern conveniences and luxuries that we require when on vacation. The rooms and terrace have a perfect view of downtown area. The staff members are exceptional and very efficient at making your stay a great getaway.
