Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown Charleston. Very easy to walk to most of the popular spots in Charleston, especially the market, Meeting Street, east Bay Street and king street. The rooms were very nice and easy to get to. The breakfast, which was included with our room, was very good and the setting was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting in the 4th floor, window- filled dining room that looked over Charleston while we ate.
The only drawback was the rooms are pretty small, the beds were doubles, not queens (there were 3 of us) and the bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it. Also there was only 1 mirror in the entire room and that made getting ready difficult for 3 women.
Overall it was a great stay. Maybe best for a couple as far as space is concerned, though.
