This property is beautiful, and the Staff is AMAZING!!! The hotel is located in the historic district with The Market across the street and horse drawn carriage rides also just across the street. Fine dining at the Charleston Grill is not to be missed from the impeccable service, the jazz ensemble playing softly in the background to the award-winning Chef makes the experience unforgettable. Brunch at the Palmetto Cafe was also really, really good. Oh, don't forget the Spa - Spectacular place!! If you're getting a facial, ask for Jessica.

Beautiful, clean and grand… the only thing we worked around was the bathroom door was so close to the closet you had to be careful not to get something out of closet while bathroom door was opening you’d get hit But a beautiful room indeed

Absolutely amazing property. I travel a lot and these by far were the BEST mattresses I have ever slept on. We were able to attend two snowfalls as guests and my kids had a blast. Will definitely be back for another staycation.

Hotel is beautiful. 144 Christmas decorated! Service was excellent. I would rate the desserts as 4/10 Food was 5/10 especially given the prices Would return to stay at the hotel again. Would most likely eat elsewhere.

Christmas at Charleston Place is magical! It is very busy with people walking in the hotel to view all of the holiday decor. Staff is very accommodating, the room is clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel for shopping as it is located right in the heart of the top stores downtown.

Hotel was great, but shower/bath is awkward to use in many ways! Needs to be redone. Room phone to front desk, etc., has so much static can hardly use it. Worst thing is the valet parking, which is way too crowded all day long! Guests should be given the option to retrieve their cars at the garage exit gate, instead of waiting 20 minutes to reach the portico.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with 160 live Christmas trees. The many holiday activities were fun to experience. Customer service among all the staff was over the top.
