Spa escape for the girls.

We had an amazing time! The hotel staff was very courteous and eager to please. The only suggestion I have is to make sure that upon checkout the bill is correct. The staff put the correctly charged amount in our door for the morning but I was charged a different amount on my credit card.

Greasy head print on bed headboard. Outlet near desk sparked when you turned lamp on. The sound of the elevator was annoying. The intercostal view was from the third floor bar not my room as requested. The grounds and staff are the best in Charoedton. The hotel rooms could be cleaner. The bartenders are great and the third floor bar has a great view.

Great Experience

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the downtown shuttle.We loved the fruit infused water in the lobby.
Cons: It would be more convenient if you could purchase the shuttle ticket for the length of your stay, instead of daily.
Location: Near the Citadel, about a 5 minute ride to downtown.
This hotel was great. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful. The downtown shuttle was always on time, and made travel so easy. I would stay here again, and would reccomend it to others.

Hotel was excellent! So clean and everything was very nice. Great soft king bed. Great location convenient to everything. Hotel restaurant, Saffire, was really good too. Would definitely stay here again. 😃😃😃

Excellent stay

We stayed for a friends bachelorette party. I am sure we were loud. They never complained. Front desk staff was great. We called down for a lot of questions and requests. Loved the outside bar that overlooked the river.

Not within walking distance of historical downtown

In my opinion th shuttle to the waterfront should be free! And Wifi should be free! Everything costs in th hotel no complimentary breakfast ... Nothing. There is also not a lot of business or activity around the hotel. Although the restaurant was good there are no alternatives anywhere near the hotel. So you should eat before turnining in for the night or else you'll have to get a taxi or shuttle again.

Even though we are not in the heart of Downtown Charleston, our location offers a wonderful option of serenity, right across the river with River Views from our rooms. We price ourselves below the other hotels in Historic District because we are 1.5 miles outside the district and we do not charge for the parking like most of the hotels do. All Full-Service Marriott hotels (as well as most all other full-service branded hotels) charge for internet usage, however, we do offer free wi-fi in our lobby and business center. Hotel Room

Pros: 3rd floor bar was fun. Good singer up there from Broken Knee, I think that was the band he said he was in.
Cons: Better walk through of rooms. Recommended but need improvements.
The electrical hook ups on the cabinet, next to the desk, did not work. In the shower the guide for the glass door kept on falling off as it needed a bigger screw. While I was trying to put it back in the hole for a temp fix, till it fell out again, I noticed it was pretty filthy.
