Clean room, atmosphere was pleasant and alluring. GREAT food at the restaurant. I arrived early as in the past, but no rooms were available. Airline staff get automatic entry so if you see them get their rooms before you dont be insulted. I was first on the waiting list and did not receive a call. Approached the manager on staff and he assisted me immediately. I was thankful for that because the policy is a 4pm check in but we were exhausted. We checked in to an immaculate, fresh smelling room. Oh joy after hours spent on the road. The little things, including a complementary breakfast means alot. New staff since my last stay. Some staff just stare...some staff smile and greet at the front desk all day long. I prefer the latter, we are guests and want to feel welcome so please extend that message to your front desk staff. The restaurant staff placed us at cuisine ease with their service! The ladies on the front desk staff exemplify service with a smile. That level of kindness no matter the hour of day speaks volumes. Thanks "Derek" for making my stay a reason to return!

I had hoped to stay a little closer to downtown Charleston but this was great! I was only there for 1 night so the location was convenient and only 10-15min to downtown. Hotel was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated!!

They each have a wet bar and sink as well as a microwave and mini fridge. Additionally, there is an on site laundry facility and Dry Cleaning available for all guests. Anniversary

My wife and I went for the night to celebrate our anniversary. We love this hotel, the staff is great. The bartender Stephanie is wonderful. We love this hotel, it's a great place to stay, have great drinks and food and we don't have to worry about transportation.

Perfect for work and pkay

The location of the hotel is perfect. One can conduct business and during personal time benefit from the near by Tanger outlet for shopping!

bar noise

Worst hotel stay

We requested a king rom. When we arrived we were placed in a handicap room with a king bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever had in a hotel. You could feel the springs popping through the mattress. Also, the room was close to the atrium on the top floor. The noise level from the bar echoed through the hotel and in to the room. The next morning we asked to be moved to a more comfortable room away from the atrium. The clerk said there was a birthday party and that there is not usually that much noise. We were moved to a double bed room closer to the atrium. When we arrived back to the motel that night around 11 there were 11 people at the bar. Again, the noise level echoed in to our room. When we called the front desk, we were told that the bar was getting ready to close and that the people would disperse. At 1 in the morning, that finally happened. We had to be up at 7 to attend a funeral.
