Overall I enjoyed my stay and the location made it even better. I felt very safe and the hotel appeared to be clean. My only problem is I still can’t get in touch with any management regarding my deposit and it has been 2 weeks.
Free airport shuttle. Decent property. Clean. The staff are helpful and very pleasant. The room had a damp musty smell and the mattress is not the most comfortable but I slept well.
Shuttle from and to airport is a plus! Decent breakfast options was as well. The room had an older/musty smell but i loved having everything in the room ( coffee, tea, microwave, kitchenette area with refrigerator). Was a very spacious room.

Thank you for your kind comments. Unfortunately, you did arrive at a time that our HVAC chiller unit was not functioning properly. This lead to that mustiness you mentioned. It has been repaired and I apologize for that issue.
I didn’t like the fact that the rooms were so outdated. When we 1st walked in the room we instantly noticed dust all over the counter and mini fridge…also smears everywhere like housekeeping didn’t clean…went into the bathroom it was a huge rust stain on the outside of the tub…the people were extremely nice but the room unfortunately not so much…cleanliness is huge for me and my family

Cleanliness is typically something we score very high on, though some condition issues are being addressed - new headboards coming this year in all rooms and some upgraded features to lamps for example. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Nice bar area and restaurant. No free or discounted b-fast. The exercise room needs upgraded. It is a reasonably priced hotel.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I didn’t like that my credit card was compromised and use to charge for item I never purchased. When I contacted the hotel I spoke with a male who said he would look into it and never called me back. I will not stay at this location again.

Ms. Edwards, I am the General Manager at the Crowne Plaza and want to sincerely apologize for the billing error. We incorrectly billed your personal MC, but we did correct this error and this should be back in your account. The error posting was corrected on 2/5/24. I do not know right now who you spoke with, but it is unacceptable that you didn't get communication immediately.
We had a concert at the Performing Arts Center and were able to take advantage of the free shuttle to get us back and forth. Staff was great and friendly.

Temperature control in the room was blocked by heavy dresser
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and the staff. The only complaint/concern that we had was that we tried to turn up the thermostat since it was cold and it doesn't seem as if the room got any warmer. We didn't report it to the front desk, however. We just lived with it. :)
I have stayed at this property a few times and was satisfied with the service. I did notice in the shower, room 314, there was peeling of the wallpaper near the tub and I had a hard time figuring out how to elevate the showerhead. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

Nice overnight stay.
The stay was only for one night but the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. For the most part, the room was very clean with the exception of a small bit of mold on the edge of the glass door of the shower. I would not hesitate to book again.
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Shower was great. The bartender was fantastic. The staff was great. The location was fantastic We will definitely stay here again.
