The hotel staff when checking in was not helpful or friendly at all! It's close to everything but would not suggest this hotel to any of my friends.

Pros: Convenient to historical district.
It is very convenient to the historical district, so that is good. It needs a thorough cleaning--especially the bathroom. The shower drain did not work. They tried to fix it but it still was clogged. Also, not enough towels.

Awful

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Nothing
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to change rooms when we checked in due to the smell of the first room. The room we ended up with had a running toilet, the stopper on the sink was broke, the TV was lousy, the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was not adequate.

Expensive for what you get.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Lower the cost, and improve parking availability.
Location: Block from the Market. Walking distance from all beautiful streets. It's a walking city, so it was nice to shop and drop bags off at the car.
Right by the Market. The only advantage to this hotel was location, location, location. Rooms were small, bathrooms outdated, sink didn't drain well. The staff was very friendly, even though our room wasn't ready until 6:00, we were still able to park there the whole day with a parking permit. Parking is at a premium, so good luck finding a space if you get in late.

Would not recommend!

Pros: The best thing about the place was its location and nearness to Market Street.
Cons: They need to scrap and start from scratch. The owners should be embarrassed.
Location: Its close to Market street which has many restaurants and shops.
We stayed here for three nights and we were really disappointed. The place was grungy and falling apart. Half of the outlets in our room did not work, the door gave us a constant hassle, the TV was on the fritz and the AC was barely working. The staff while somewhat nice were very unprofessional. There were two front desk workers that were very nice and seemed like they were doing their best. overall we wont be staying here again.

Like going back to a 1975 Motel. Terrable staff but great location at a great price. Room was small but has micro wave and fridge.

Within walking distance of everything.

Pros: It was within walking distance of everything.
Cons: The room sizes. They need to be bigger.
Location: Tons of shopping!
For the price, this is a great hotel that you never have to drive any where.

Convenient location & free parking!

Nice hotel, excellent location, free parking. Most restaurants, market, stores, & touristic attractions are at walking distance. Hotel cleanliness can improve. Unfriendly staff.
