I attended a conference on site and I enjoyed the convenience of everything being easily accessible and walkable. Breakfast was great. The hotel food provided during the conference was great. The only issue I had was the toilet in my room was not high enough; it was standard and was too low. Other than that, location, location, location was great.

The property was ok. The daily rate was too much for the value. The property is conveniently located by the airport, restaurants, and shopping but I wasn't a fan of the checkin process. It took over an hour to checkin because so many people had to check in the same time. There needs to be a plan for a surge. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Waited a hour in line for the front desk to be told they had no clean rooms to give and that I could wait an indeterminant amount of time for a room. I was told people before me had already been waiting a hour and a half and still didn’t have a room. You couldn’t tell me that at the front door as I walk in? Poor service and a waste of our time. 0 stars across the board.

Our experience was very good. The shuttle driver that came to pick us up from the airport was very polite, and he came to get us fairly quick. Both front desk assistants(check in and out) were kind and took care of our needs. The property was clean and quiet. The room was very spacious and meet our needs. We would stay again as well as recommend our family and friends.

The hotel is very well kept up and we really enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast. There were so many places my family could hang out in and play games and socialize. The staff was super friendly and the nice suites were so nice.

Embassy is showing her age. They were out of water at the front desk and then the vending and ice machice had been moved off the floor I was on and no signs to where one was without going to the front desk. Blanket and pillows for the sofa were not in the room. I had to call for it and then wait. As well as there were only 2 towels in the room. I asked for wheelchair accessible and the room I got was not. The toilet had issues with flushing.

This hotel is a disappointment to the Embassy Suites brand. It is so moldy that they just cover up the mold instead of trying to clean it, resulting in a general odor of mold in the rooms. The bathroom fan was clogged with dust. They ran out of washcloths both nights we were there. The hotel is in desperate need of updating including the bathrooms and charging abilities. The location is great. I would encourage a stay in North Chalrleston, just choose a different hotel.

I understand that the property is pet friendly...not a problem, however, I strongly suggest as several of the guests I spoke with agreed that the hotel should have a designated floor for pets and not throughout the hotel. This will great assist those of us who are allergic to pets. This is purely an health concern.

Did not like the room. Very outdated, the room smelled like mildew and had my daughter sneezing and feeling sick the whole time. We got the 7th floor, supposedly the "Premium Floor". Well your suppose too get a tray of snacks everyday of your stay but they didnt have them for me Thursday and Friday, so i had to go to the front desk twice to get them sent, so they ended up giving me a credit. When checking in, the front desk lady was not inviting at ALL. She was very rude and gave no info. Just gave me my key and that was it. I would definitely not stay there again. But overall minus the room and staff, it was a decent hotel.
