No respetaron mi reserva incluso ya pagada !! Llegué al otro día porque en Tampa cancelaron el vuelo por mal tiempo, cuando llegué me dijeron que mi habitación ya habían entregado a otra persona. Ya la pagué y tuve que buscar otro hotel……estoy esperando la devolución de mi dinero porque no ocupé mi habitación ya reservada y pagada, terrible lo de Expedia y lo de ese hotel !!!

Never have I seen more disgusting conditions as I have in this hotel. On the day we arrived, we found five roaches clawing on the rug, on the kitchen counter and on the bathroom vanity. The following day, more roaches were found. Some of the pillow cases had what seemed like blood stains on them. The bed sheets had a variety of stains on them. The stench of smoking was revolting. There was even a hidden metal protruding from bed, which lead to my brother injuring his leg. Never was the room cleaned while we stayed there. When I spoke with the front desk about this, I was told point blank that they would not send anyone to clean nor change the towels. To add to that, the front desk explained they only service rooms EVERY TWO WEEKS. That same morning I complained, several other guests came down to protest about the same or similar conditions in their rooms. According to the front desk, they are short staffed. They only have one person for housekeeping for the whole hotel. For your safety, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HEALTH VIOLATION OF A HOTEL! I don't know how they have not been fined by a health inspector by now. Don't go by the photos they have advertising their rooms. The photos are not truthful. This is a hotel of horrors.

I booked this place on expedia because it advertised as pet friendly. Well what they dont tell is that you have to pay a extra fee per day for your pet. They also only allow certain breeds to stay. The place smell like marijuana all day long! Not a great experience for me. Will not be staying here again.

What I liked: Location. Everything is within walking distance. Close to the airport. What I did not like: The front desk agent was not at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes to check-in. The lady was on her personal phone the whole time she was checking me in. No greetings or information about the hotels facilities or elevator location. The room was not properly clean and the refrigerator was pretty disgusting. Would I stay here again? I doubt it.

I work at Publix on Daniel Island, SC. I travel to the area because I live so far and don’t have transportation so I stay locally during my work week. I am 61 year old female and travel alone. This is by far the best Extended Stay America in the area. No hassles ever! Check in smooth! No stress.

I had to wait to check-in and check-out. There were no readily available employees. The lady that checked me in was nice, but gave me a handicapped room without giving me notice. It was just me, so I don't know why I was given that option. The room had an odor like you could tell the property was old. I had to purchase spray for the smell. There was no shower curtain. I was going to ask about that, but I just left it alone. I don't know if that is standard for a handicapped room. With that being said, when I would shower, there'd be water all over the floor that I had to use all my towels to soak up. The shower didn't drain properly, so water was left standing in the base. The lady that checked me out didn't ask about my stay nor did she smile. She didn't seem too happy. Guest like for employees to at least act like they care. Besides that, the room served its purpose.

When we got there I waited almost a hour for them to get the room ready. But they said they was going to make sure it was clean. Now my reservation was already in the books I didn’t get there until 8 so how wasn’t my room already cleaned.

Worse hotel EVER
Im not sure how this property is on here. I understand issues and problems, but room 338 had a broken AC first. 2nd you oversold the rooms. Then its so hot in the room it was cooler outside. Third, slept on the couch to try and stay cooler, end up with bed bug bites. Not to mention the roaches we saw crawling around. Staff was helpful, but your cleaning crew is horrid. Totally unacceptable!

Worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel smells like ammonia throughout. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned when we arrived and we were nervous to stay. We should have left. Work up in the morning to an infestation of bed bugs on both beds. Thankfully we had kept our luggage off the ground. The manager was rude and basically yelled at us when we asked for a refund. Wouldn't look at the clear photo or video evidence we took of the bed bugs or go to the room to look. They were still crawling all over the bed when we left. Disgusting. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It's not worth the low fee.

We never stayed. If you have a late flight do not book here. If you get delayed, they do not have check in after midnight. Who ever heard of such a thing? It’s a hotel not a supermarket. The room was clean but very old and needs updating. The bathroom door could not close and the pull out couch was a twin the room could not accommodate 4 people they could not provide another room. The hallway smelled of weed plus room located over hotel laundry room so the room vibrated all night.

The customer service was outstanding bed was comfortable rooms smelled and looked clean The hallways kinda had a strange smell and occasionally smelled like the devil's lettuce but that's to be expected. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
