Last minute reservationPosted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons: The breakfast bar was nice and clean but the food was average. The ceral was stale even though it was a new box of cereal.
Had to go out if town unexpectedly and made a last minute reservations. I arrived after midnight and my room reservation wasn't cancelled and I had a speedy check in. I had a good night sleep and was engerized to continue my trip.

GemPosted Jul 29, 2014
We had just moved on from a not-so-pleasant stay at another hotel. The contrast was remarkable. Staff was helpful and friendly, facilities were first-rate, and the room was clean and comfortable. In the late afternoon when we arrived, there were popcorn, tortilla chips and salsa, and other snacks available for free in the "free breakfast" area. The only downside for us was that our reservation was for only one night... we tried to book for a second night, but the hotel was sold out for that next evening.

Convience of CharlestonPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: I liked being just outside of Charleston.
Cons: The air conditioning unit. It kept shutting off and on all night, no continual cool fan. I finally opted for a stuffy room.
Location: Right next to the highway and university. Half hour away from downtown Charelston.
This was an easy half hour drive into the historic district, for almost half the cost of a hotel downtown. Fairfield Inn is always fresh and updated. The breakfast was pretty good,, too.

Typical Fairfield InnPosted Jul 7, 2014
This is a typical Fairfield Inn, clean and well maintained, with relatively thin walls and floors so you hear other guests at night. Overall, what we expected. Staff was great!

Great place to put up your feet.Posted Jun 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel provided us with an excellent place to relax after graduation activities with all the comforts of home. The location is great for a late night snack or an ice cream cone as there are multiple food vendors within walking distance.

Pros: Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was well stocked. I very much enjoyed my stay.
Cons: I wish they had actual vending machines instead of just the marketplace thing by the front desk.
Location: Great food nearby! Even within walking distance.
It's a great hotel! Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was well stocked. I very much enjoyed my stay. I do wish they had actual vending machines instead of just the marketplace thing by the front desk. On the other hand though, there's great food nearby! Even within walking distance.
