“Very Happy”

No, but in a good way. We were early and they did everything they could to get us into a room early. The computer system was down so they could not readily see what rooms were available. We only had to wait minutes before we had keys and were on our way to our room. All staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was to die for. It was a great stay. The only down fall, and I am finding it more often in all hotels, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. That makes it very difficult to get ready after showering.

“Excellent hotel”

Room clean, roomy and has everything except the ability to order movies. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and will try to help you with anything. Breakfast included cereals, muffins breads, waffles and different egg dishes each day. This was an enjoyable place to stay

“Pleasant Stay”

The staff were excellent - quite with good service and very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also good - a large selection of choices and very good robust coffee. The staff was also very helpful with tourist tips - places to go, things to see, and good restaurants to eat in.

“Mistake”

I think it's only fair to describe this hotel as something other than Charleston since historic downtown Charleston is the main draw. Downtown is what I wanted not a location that was outside of town and accessible only by car.
