Great location. Staff very friendly. Property is clean and well maintained. Management should put a sign that the hot water is very very hot you could easily burn yourself.

Very clean and relaxing. Convenient to area attractions, dining and shops. Continental breakfast was excellent! Staff were very helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again if vacationing in Charleston, SC!

I loved the hotel and the large room with the kitchen. Great breakfast food options. I LOVED the check out at 12! We could have a relaxing morning and work out in the gym. I wish I would have booked this hotel for 2 nights!

The staff was very friendly even though we only stayed one night at the end of our trip. Our room was spacious. The shower curtain in the bathroom was mold-free and the floors were clean. It was a stark contrast to the Hampton Inn we stayed at in Miami.

This was our first time at this property, and it will not be our last! Jake, the front desk supervisor, greeted us and got us set up in a wonderful room. We needed a tub to wash our baby and he quickly accommodated us. From there, each interaction with him and the other staff members was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the attendants were so friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking and entrances so it was very convenient to get to our room. The location is also superb. Staying on the IOP Connection Hwy was perfect for us. Also, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping available within a few minutes. Highly recommend booking this hotel for the staff, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality!

Breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly and so was the lady at check in - can't remember ever having such friendly/real people at a hotel. Breakfast and everything about the room was near perfect! Easily the best hotel experience I've had in years.

I got lost on my way there in a complex shopping enter. May, the manager on duty, stayed on the phone with me and directed me to their door. The breakfast workers were welcoming and very helpful. John at the front desk patiently and carefully answered all of my many questions. I felt truly valued as a guest.

Our room was very comfortable and decent sized for our family. The breakfast was good and had options for all. The only feedback I would leave is I wished there was flavored creamer for the coffee and a room not next to one with a dog. It only barked a few times but when it did it was before we got up :)

The only real problems were: A lack of hot water the afternoon when we checked in (there was plenty of it the next morning though). The shower drain was VERY slow to drain. When showering, the tub tended to fill. The tub diverter spout did not work well, as it only diverted a portion of the water to the shower head. Other than these things, the hotel is fine.
