Close to cooper river bridge

Pros: Easy to unload/ load belongings. Well maintained and laid out. Coffee and flavored water available,
Cons: No fresh fruit like the other Garden Inns? or I just did not see it. Pool should be twice as big ! Add more characters to this section

Stayed 3 nights. Had a bicycle tire tube stolen from back of my pickup truck.by people just walkin thru the parking lot. Even if there is a sign which says hotel not responsible for valubles in vehicles I do not like having such issues on vacation. Police left note on my window stating I may have be victim of a crime, so they obviously know about the problem I suggest you put in some security cameras if there are not any.

Pros: location, cleanliness.
Cons: Improved relations between what is stated on Expedia (or third party) reservation and what hotel honors. Check-in staff should be more cordial.
Location: second exit, across bridge from Charleston. Easy to get to.
Through Expedia I requested a fully accessible room. My confirmation indicated a reservation for a fully accessible room. When we arrived I was told "Expedia" didn't indicate an accessible room was required. This was mentioned as my partner sat there in his wheelchair. I quickly pulled up my confirmation which clearly stated an accessible room was reserved and required. After about 20 minutes they located an accessible room for us. That's what was requested and paid for however hotel made it seemed that it was Expedia's fault and "they" jumped through hoops to get us the room we requested in the first place. For what we were paying I expected a complimentary breakfast or drink for the delay but nothing. It was all Expedia's fault. Poor customer service on behalf of the hotel check-in staff.

Smelly rooms; labyrinth parking.

Pros: The location
Cons: Smells/Breakfast area
Location: very close to the Patriots point museum; many restaurants in that area. Close to the Ravenel bridge; not far away from the historic district.
The room was pretty smelly: We could smell the perfume of the previous guest in the bedroom and the bathroom was pretty stinky (mold smell) even if it was clean and new. The elevator was smelly too... They must have problem with odors over there! The hotel has one single access path so you have to drive through the labyrinth to get to the main entrance; but this is not a big problem. The breakfast could have been included and we hesitated about having it there or not: we decided to go out because of their "canteen style" table setting in the main hall: endless rows of tables with no privacy.
