We stayed over to catch a morning flight. The check-in process was very smooth and the hotel was in excellent condition. The printer was not working in the business center to print boarding passes, but the front desk was more than happy to step in and help! Very courteous staff! I would stay there again...

We had such an enjoyable time in Charleston and the hotel made it perfect. The hotel staff were AMAZING and even though the hotel is going through some renovation and upgrades, there was no inconvenience on our part at all. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and we had a great breakfast. Love their coffee and tea bar all day long. And the coffee is really good too!!

To start off with, we were pleasantly greeted by the cheery smiles of Talonda and Lisa. The lobby is very modern, clean, and inviting. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. All of the hotel's amenities were more than adequate. The entrance to the hotel, though, is a little difficult to find. Other than that, everything was marvelous. Would gladly stay here if in the area again. Another Hilton property winner.

Loved it ! ! ! ! ! ! Convenience to Charleston downtown in a few short minutes, Tanger Outlet, and eating establishments galore. Awesome! The only burr in my saddle was the Convention Center using the Hotel parking, and was a slight inconvenience for me having to walk from almost the Convention Center to my Hotel, when I should have been able to park in the roped off areas that were nearest to the Hotel. Keep parking near hotel clear of Convention Center guests. Allow them to park the farther end of the parking lot. To determine the closeness of the parking areas, using a string along with the tape measure to pre-determine the proximity from the Hotel door entrance, use the string to provide a sweep from the Hotel parking Entrance across the parking areas in a circular motion (think in terms of how a pendulum swings in a circular/half-circular motion), and gauge the number of spaces you have against the number of spaces you have been currently using in your methodology. If you need to add more spaces, then you can lengthen your string and accommodate more parking spaces. Once you have your pre-determined areas, the next thing I would recommend, is that when guests are going to the Convention Center, is that they are parked side-by-side in the parking spaces beginning with the spaces closest to the entrance which will be farthest from the Hotel, which will also aid in this dilemma for your Hotel guests.

We arrived at midnight for an overnight stay and then on to a downtown hotel. Due to late arrival, the front desk allowed checkout the next day at 1:30 p.m. We really appreciated that and the overall friendliness of the hotel.
