Clean and staff very helpful. Location was good and close to stores and restaurants. Easy access to I-26. Internet access was good. Breakfast bar had good choices and staff was friendly...yummy sweet rolls!

“Clean, comfortable hotel with attentive but not overbearing staff”

I have stayed at this hotel before and a business associate of mine stays there often. The atmosphere is professional yet friendly. This time we used a meeting room for a corporate class with about 30 participants and it worked pretty well - the lighting and air conditioning options could have been slightly better. I was able to relax well in my room. The bathroom was very clean and pleasant to use. The breakfast room is clean and welcoming and the staff were attentive and cheerful - I have had a different experience at some other hotels.

“Great Stay”

Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Each day when we returned for the day, a member of the staff would come by our room to make sure everything was satisfactory with the room. The staff seemed sincerely interested in customer satisfaction. How refreshing!

“Good Location, nice area”

This hotel was in a really nice location. It was only 15 minutes from historic Charleston, where we went everyday. It's also only 5 minutes from a mall. If you like history, you can stop and see the Hunley on your way to Charleston. It's also only 15 - 20 min from the beautiful gardens of the Magnolia Plantation. There is so much history to see and so much to do, we could have used a week here. Fort Sumtner is also only minutes away, along with Fort Moultrie. There is a Pigglly Wiggly up the street for all your shopping needs. There are also several fast food restaurants along the main road. We came back to the hotel late at night sometimes after a day at Charleston, it seemed like a safe area. I will definately stay here again next time I visit Charleston.

“Good place to stay in N. Charleston”

The hotel is relatively new, so the rooms, the dining area, and the lobby were clean and orderly. Really liked the fact that the hotel is very close to good eating establishments and not too far from downtown Charleston...about 10 minutes. It also has a small workout gym with access to a larger one nearby, if necessary. The included breakfast was very good with hot food as well as cereals, etc. Staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback, at all, was the person upstairs...directly over our room...who had lead feet and stomped around into the night. Not a major problem, however...otherwise the room was quiet and convenient to get to. Very nice place to stay, and would definitely stay there again!

Clean rooms. Excellent service. A great morning buffet. Only negative: too far drive from Charleston downtown.
