The breakfast was better than expected. I liked the room service that I received. The staff did not have a problem just simply doing their job. It was a pleasant stay at this property.

We've stayed here about 4 times now when we come to North Charleston. The staff are always great it's a very pleasant relaxing hotel and clean. The breakfasts are great always tasty and plenty of it. We will stay again.

The exterior of the property was well maintained, and the lobby was inviting. We stayed on the third floor and were grateful there was a cart to assist with our luggage. The hallway carpeting is in desperate need of TLC and all carpets really need a good cleaning. My children and I utilized the pool; however, we needed to clean it ourselves as it was pretty dirty.
