Very Clean Rooms & Friendly Staff

We chose this hotel because it was close to everything, including the Civic Center where we attended a concert. The room was very clean, and the gentleman who checked us in and out was very friendly and welcoming. The only things I would suggest as an improvement would be to have heavier covers in the chillier months, and provide the ability to close the curtains. When asked if there are usually comforters on the beds, the gentleman who checked us said yes. He explained they're the middle sheet. If we had one, it was very thin. The gentleman sent a worker up right away. He advised they would have assisted immediately if we called, and I'm sure they would have. We were just beat from the long day, and needed to get some zzzz before driving four hours back home. I would definitely stay here again. Nice job, and kudos to the staff.

Spacious, stylish rooms and bathrooms - GREAT!

This trip was with my parents and my aunt for a family funeral unfortunately. All four of us agreed that there were GREAT comfortable beds, VERY clean rooms, and truly a decent complimentary breakfast, with REAL scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, all kinds of breads and muffins and cinnamon rolls, *flavored* coffee creamers, fresh fruit and oatmeal, etc. The rooms were very well-appointed with stylish armoires concealing the fridge and microwave, large flat screen TVs, and really spacious bathrooms. The rooms were nice-sized, too, actually. We had regular rooms, but I got a look at one of the suites and it was large and attractive. I travel a lot, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. NOT a truck stop here --- but a nice hotel.

Smoking hotel

Pros: Desk staff
Cons: Smoking allowed in hotel.
Location: Near plenty of restaurants/shopping.
Desk staff was very nice. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoking in entrance. Smoking floor is top floor? Business center printer(s) didn't work. And, they don't have Microsoft office programs on business center computer for printing/working. This seemed odd for a hotel in 2014. Great location on 119 South. Near numerous stores & restaurants.

The staff was awesome . Everything you could possibly need is right near the hotel. If we are ever in the area again would stay there for sure!

Nice hotel, but not worth the money. I stayed at four points for $89 and it was much nicer..it says it has a indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi when it really only has a pool. The elevator took FOREVER. It wasn't dirty or anything, just not worth the money.

Great stay

Very comfortable hotel near lots of restaurants and shopping. But a little farther off I77 than I realized. Nice pool, great staff and comfy beds.
