“Will not stay here again”

Even after staff made it very clear that check-in time was at 3pm, when we tried to check in a few minutes after 3 they were not ready for us. We tried to get extra pillows, when we were given 2 and 1 was very dirty they did not offer us another one in exchange. We asked for a new set of towels and one was dirty. The bathtub was filthy and floor in the bathroom was dirty. Couldn't bathe toddler in tub. Had to give shower. A corner piece on the peninsula that separated the kitchen from the sitting area had come off and there were exposed nails- not good for the curious toddler we had along. No exhaust fan in the bathroom which made the tiny place very hot and sticky when one took a shower. Blanket on bed was dirty. Color on tv was horrible and unable to be adjusted.

“Worst BEDS”

horrid- the beds were like a wood box. Teh elevator was broken the entire weekend and we were on the 3rd floor. the room never got cool enough. NO ICE machine or vending machine. Both washing machines were broken. Although the refridgerator/freezer has a ice maker- upon arrival i don't want to wait 6 hours for ice. This was a miserable stay! Never again.

“Would rather been Home INstead of this place”

Late check in with very unfriendly staff member. Room keys did not work twice. Room was extremely hot (80) when we got in with AC having been turned off. Call to front desk said we could not be moved although they were not sold out. two hours before room temp. comfortable to sleep. Shower had not been properly cleaned with hair still on the walls. Very displeased

“Sketchy at best...”

No services offered, questionable cleanliness, and not very comortable. And even though we were in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, I could always smell smoke close by.

“Working mans motel, ONLY!”

When we arrived we found out that the indoor/outdoor pool was closed due to the fact it is not heated. big disapointment for the 2 kids. continential breakfast only offered on the weekdays. anothe disapointment and extra cost for us. toilet was so low pressure that by the time Saturday am rolled around it was clogged. told a cleaner on our way out for the day and expected something to be done. when we returned some 7 hrs. later, nothing! my wife was handed a plunger and told to return it when she was done!! Friday evening after we checked in and got settled we left about an hour later to get dinner and the hallway was filled with the aroma of weed!! told the front desk and they sprayed!! the first thing you notice is all the construction workers hanging around the lobby and eating area. This can be a little uncomfortable for a women and 2 little girls. I am in a wheelchair so my wife tends to do everything. I did not think that while on our special weekend she would be unclogging the toilets in the hotel we stayed in! The bed in the bedroom was a joke. the matres kept sliding off and it was paper thin. they did not have a second set of linens nor a pillow for all people in the room. she had to go get those in the lobby herself. we had to fight for the Handicaped parking at the front door as it was constantly used for loading and unloading by guest and taxi companys. This is NOT a family hotel, this is for construction workers and the like. we could not wait to check out!!
