“Can't wait to go back!”

Room was very impressive! Plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a toddler. TV could have had more stations and a menu guide that came on faster than 4-5 minutes. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was awesome! Would have preferred if the beds were a little more comfortable, mattress seemed somewhat thin (not "firm" but somewhat hard, like thin mattress on wood), but the sofabed was very comfortable. Was quiet, even though there was an art show going on at convention center next door and it also happened to be graduation week for the area schools. Even though around the airport, no airport noise at all. Complimentary breakfast was delicious (sausage, eggs, grits, and more...yummy!) Would have liked waffles without extra charge, but there were other items too. Was set up in an odd way to get your food and condiments. Seating was ok, but we had to wait a few minutes. Pool was small, indoors, and only a couple tables with a few chairs really close together. There was our family of 5, and two other families of 4, and we were slightly crowded with kids wanting to horseplay, not really big enough to swim in, and only 4 ft deep throughout the entire pool. The people there are all so great and service was amazing! They are all so friendly and helpful! All in all, we had a great time and can't wait to go back!

The hotel stall was very helpful, especially Isabel. From the beginning, she made sure my reservation was setup correctly. The had two issues with the hotel. The refrigerator did not work properly and the maid did did not clean my room on my last day. Overall, I will stay again in this hotel.

“World's Most Comfortable Bed!”

This was a great place to stay and convenient to Charleston, only a 15 minute drive to the historic district. The best and most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel! Everthing was very clean and the staff was so friendly, especially Shirley that made the best grits! We will stay here again.

“Very comfortable!”

Very comfortable king-bed room! Good in-room coffee (this is unusual). Loved the 42 inch flat screen TV. Easy access to freeway. Places to eat and shop within easy drive. The breakfast (included) was fine: cereal, fruit, bagels, rolls, juice, biscuits/gravy. Ultra-professional staff; let us check in a bit early, no problem. Small exercise room, but hardly anyone there. Easy drive to the two plantations, about 10 minutes into downtown. Highly recommend.

“Friendly and Helpful Staff and Comfortable Room”

The staff was exceptional, both in helpfulness and friendliness. We attended an event at the convention center which was just a short walk away. They had a nice cafe that was good for breakfast and lunch and there were several nice restaurants at the nearby shopping mall. A very good hotel at an affordable price.

Although this hotel is further from downtown than I'd like, it's worth the extra minutes in the car.

“Very good location”

The location of this hotel is about 10 minutes from charleston. Tanger outlets are blocks away, if shopping is your thing. The breakfast isn't bad considering it's free. Very good place to stay if it's your first time visiting Charleston SC. Very pleased!

“I didn't want to leave”

The hotel and staff were both first rate. The room was clean,neet and comfortable. the atmosphere of this hotel, was one of being at home. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave and booked an additional night.
