“Great Hotel”

It is a fantatic hotel. We went in February and it was cold. But we still went to the rooftop bar that had heaters going and were quite comfortable. We brought our 22 month old with us (it was 4pm) and did not feel awkward having her with us up there. The room was so clean,elegant, and comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

This hotel was great and the service was excellent. Staff was very helpful and professional. Most attractions and places to eat are within walking distance from the hotel and Grill 225 is awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

From the moment we arrived the service was wonderful. Very dedicated and caring staff. The room was just perfect clean and quiet. This had to be the very best sleep I ever got in a hotel. The entire treatment we received from beginning to end was just top notch. We would stay at this hotel without question and recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying in Charleston. The city was wonderful with so much to do.....don't miss the rooftop pool and bar the view and the sunsets were just memorable. The morning coffee and pastries were just great....apples during the day and the turndown service was a perfect touch. This was a winner for sure.

“Simply Wonderful”

From the exquisite Lobby to the rooftop bar and pool, the Market Pavilion hotel was simply wonderful and the staff were so gracious and friendly. The hotel is located within blocks of some of the best shopping and dining. The room was immaculate and every evening fresh cookies and our slippers were put bedside. Fresh coffee, juices and an incredible pastry selection were available at 7am! on every floor. Need I say more...

“Great location, Great Rooftop Amenities”

My husband and I visited Charleston for the first time and booked the Market Pavillion, hoping we had chosen well. It was a great experience. The location was perfect. It is next door to the market and on the same block as some of the best restaurants in Charleston. It is also a short walk to the old section of town and the harbor fountain. They arranged dinner reservations and a walking tour and were very helpful with everything we needed. We loved the rooftop area with a bar, pool and restaurant. It was a great place to relax after a long day of walking. Very few hotels have this amenity and it was nice to be able to relax somewhere besides our room. After looking at the other hotels in the downtown, several of which we had considered when booking this hotel, we thought we both agreed that we would stay at the Market Pavillion the next time we visit. Just can't beat the amenities and location.

“Old World charm in a fabulous location.”

I wish the hotel had a small convenience store but guess there is no room in the front for this. Otherwise the hotel is terrific and the staff wonderful....

“Best of the best”

Only stayed for 2 nights but the service and state of the room were impeccable. The staff were very kind and ready to help at any request and the rooms were clean and the bathroom and amenities were gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for better.
