Hotel is old and run down

Cons: All
Location: Location is good , next to highway, and restaurants near by
Hotel is in a good location next to Restaurants and shopping. Our room thought had a major tub backup and we were able to relocate to another hotel near by...Hotel is old and needs updating...

Be sure to double check the room for your property. My daughter left behind some toys and no one seems to know how to return a phone call reguarding the matter. Really not happy

We booked a non-smoking room, but in the room were several burn marks from cigarettes. The furniture and bathroom looked pretty dated. Breakfast was good and was refilled all the time, but other than that I think it wasn't worth what we paid for.

It was very loud at night.. People were walking around yelling. The pool was not bad but the overall condition of the facility was run down.. The tub was falling apart

Friendly staff but run down

Cons: Clean the room daily, fix drips in bathroom
Location: Near Patriots point and historic Charleston
Friendly staff but run down. The water dripped constantly in the shower. The room was not cleaned daily.

Although I knew that this would be a less expensive motel, and did not have very high expectations, I was still disappointed. The main issue I had was that this room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It was quite evident that it had been smoked in - -recently and a lot. You just can't get rid of that smell. We were almost ready to turn right back around and try and get another room, but just decided to deal with it, since it was only for one night. I hardly slept, because I felt like I was choking. I know that I should have requested another room (although I knew that they were most likely full) but I just didn't want to go through the hassle. We were already late for getting ready to go to a wedding anyway.

Cons: The housekeeping staff didn't clean our room 1 day and we had to go ask for more towels and washcloths. The remote for the TV was missing.
Location: Charleston SC
The location is excellent. The room was clean. The condition was ok.

Bad hotel

It took 15 minutes for the desk clerk to address me. She was answering phone calls and ignore me. I asked for a non smoking room and I got smoking. The room was filthy and smelled. I was slapped on the butt by someone as I was trying to enter my room.

Do not stay here

Airplanes go over constantly...no sound proofing. You can hear the neighbors you can hear people walking by and talking and yelling and having fun and drinking. nothing in the room worked.when the maid cleaned in the morning she took all the soap all the glasses all the coffee and left nothing in return. it didn't really matter that she took the coffee as the coffee pot did not work.she made the bed and that was all no vacuum and no cleaning nothing. This is a terrible terrible terrible place to stay. Do not stay here.!! it was an average of a hundred and twenty five dollars a night to stay in this rat hole.
