Pros: I did not like anything really about it . Staff was courteous.
Cons: Need much improvement for the room .It is old and outdated has a smell in the room.
Location: It had restaurants and outlet in the area.
Hotel presentation on internet is very deceiving, it is not what it looks like when u arrive. It seems as it was a hotel for truckers , and etc.

Location: Just there so could catch an early plane
Computer did not work in lobby but desk clerk did help.

I called earlier in the day to find out if I could check in sooner than the scheduled time ( 4pm that day), and the front desk attendant who answered the phone said it would be fine. When I arrived however, the new front desk attendant said they didn't have any rooms ready, as the senior cleaning staff person and her staff hadn't fully completed their rounds in preparing the rooms (the front desk attendant let her know that people were waiting and some were starting to cancel their rooms; she wound up slamming down the receiver in disgust). We wound up waiting in the lobby for about and hour and a half, before we could check in-still "early"- at around 3 pm.

Worn, Lop sided beds

The beds were clearly worn and lop sided. Room smelled stale, hairs in shower. Friendly staff, though. Will not be back.

Pleased for price

Hotel was nicely decorated and welcoming. The staff were very courteous and pleasant. The free breakfast was filling and offered a good variety. Had a beautiful pool and 2 pool tables! We didnt have much to spend and this was more than we expected for price in Charleston.

Fix the hotel or close it.

we arrived at midnight and the attendant sent us to an occupied room where we woke up a startled guest. we then were sent to a room and upon entry the smoke smell was strong, the attendant then came to meet us to get us into another room but the door was jammed and would not open. Finally got in a decent room at 1am. The sink and toilet were child height and the heat unit switch did not work. it was evident from the rooms we saw that band aid repairs had been done on locks, sinks, tile, furniture etc.

Not good. My wife killed 4 roaches! Listed as a 2.5 star but more like a 1.5.

nicht zu empfehlen

Bad nicht richtig sauber, Toilette nicht fest verbaut (wackelt beim draufsetzen), Matratze durchgelegen, durch Verbindungstür haben wir den laut hustenden und röchelnden Nachbarn die ganze Nacht gehört, Zimmer roch nach Zigarette, echt schwach alles..
