Could be a great Hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, internet was good, location was good, and was kept clean.
Cons: Spend money on the pool. Make it more appealing and heat it. Why have a pool if nobody will swim in it. All the kids at the hotel were bumming.
Location: I have a daughter and her family in Charleston. I am there every year. I normally stay at the Sleep Inn.
Staff was very nice, The A/C unit sounds like it was breaking down. Very noisy. Hard to sleep. Pool was very cold. Kids were really bummed out. Bathroom door didn't close unless you forced it hard. Forgot towels twice. Fitness center was weak. No dumbells or weight training equipment and cardio machines were of a cheaper version. This could be a great Hotel, but it seems like either the Hotel financially can't afford to make it great, or management overlooks important issues. I met the Manager, and I don't think that is the case.

Not a great stay

Pros: Close to I26 and staff was polite
Cons: Amenities
Power outage due to a storm not their fault but no backup generator, indoor pool too cold to even swim in with our kids. Water pipe had burst next morning so couldn't take showers, after water was brown for a while. Food was expensive and came out cold. $20 cheaper than hotels closer to downtown, I will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Inn Airport in Charleston SC. The staff was friendly and helpfu . The room was very clean and comfortable.

Will never stay here again

I will never stay at this hotel again. It's nothing like how it is pictured on this site. There are stains all over the walls, things are falling apart, drawers are cracked, the facility is just not clean. Staff was unfriendly and rude and had stains all on her shirt. Not a good first impression. The building was old, dingy, and dark. The only upside was the bed was comfortable.

Radisson hotel stay

Pros: all of the staff we encountered were professional and personable
Cons: the only thing I can recommend is a minor face lift to bring it up to date IE: lighter color paint to brighten hallways
the hotel was easy to access and depart for travel to Charleston area. staff was excellent, pleasant to deal with, ready to help in any way they could, and offered assistance without being asked. the only problem we had was the air conditioning in our room was bad and in the time it took us to go to dinner and return they had checked the unit and another room was made available without any delay or excuse as to why it could not be done. now that was service above and beyond not only by the desk but also maintenance.

Work/play trip

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: more secure
Location: The location was in a less than desirable neighborhood and I did not feel safe going outside alone.
The hotel was not in a very nice part of town, the outside is dingy, dirty, and has painting pealing off the building. The staff front desk staff was courteous and friendly as was the shuttle driver. Our room, while on the surface appeared clean, once we looked a little closer it was not. The maid service is terrible. We drank coffee every morning, yet it was never replenished, nor was our creamer and sugar.

The hall ways smelled so bad just about me sick, blew fuses when blow drying hair and there was not much hot water when taking a shower at (9:00 pm) I don't think I will NOT use Expedia again

Quiet but facilities not up to the rating it was given. Elevator walls were beat up. Floor tiles were sticky.Carpet and painting was dull. Repair at the back of the shower wall was badly finished. Restaurant was not exciting so I have to eat outside. Room was clean and well kept.

Staff was polite and respectful upon arrival! Room wasn't super updated but good value for what I paid. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Good stay.
