“Citadel Graduation”

Clean room, quiet. I only wanted a place to stay for the night so I could see my son's graduation. Comfortable, great desk personnel, lots of food choices close by.

Loved the convenience of reataurants and shopping. It is also close to the interstate making it easy to travel around the greater Charleston area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at thw Red Roof Inn. When we didn't know what to do in Charleston on a Friday night, we asked the desk manager, and he gave us many places that locals go to. We ended up at a great place thanks to him. Overall a very good experience and we would return.

I was very impressed with the condition of the room. Everything was brand new since they had recently renovated. We discovered when we got settled in that the A/C wasn't working. I called the front desk and they came right down. After finding that the air unit was out, they promptly moved us to the room next door which had a brand new A/C unit. I was very happy with our stay.

Clean, quiet and convenient to everything. Courteous, efficient checkin/checkout. ONLY drawback is the expensive WIFI service.

I was very pleased at how quiet my room was, which faced a very busy road and the main parking area. I did not notice any noise in the room throughout my stay, which made the evening very pleasant. The room was clean, without any smell of cigarettes, and comfortable. I would stay at the Red Roof Inn again without hesitation.

Clean property, the room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Expedia check in and check out was a breeze. Lots of ice, brochures, coffee available. Easy to get in and out and lots of food nearby.

Because of my arrival at 2 am in the morning, there was a conflict which was resolved immeditaly, with a upgraded room and without any delay. These are some GOOD FOLKS.
