“Great Place!”

The hotel and service were great from the minute we walked through the door until we left.

“This Was My Best Hotel Experience Ever”

The hotel management and staff really know what I (and many others like me) want in a hotel. They offer free wired and wireless internet (there were several wired jacks in the room) as well as a free pass for internet at the airport. They also have a daily social with free drinks and food which was a very nice touch. The staff was courteous and the "extras" were much more than I expected. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I will certainly be staying with them again.

“Pets should be free if room not dirtied”

This hotel was great but $100 to have a pet is why I will not go back! This should be a deposit, if the room is spotless it should be refunded. The clerk told me some who-hah about the city of Mt Pleasant requiring them to treat the carpets after a dog has been there. You know they do not do that. My dog is seven pounds, quite a bit difference than a 100 pound animal.

“Good value”

Largest sized bed available at this hotel is a Queen -- no King beds at all, I was told by the hotel staff at check-in. This was an unexpected and unpleasant inconvenience, why I rated the room comfort a 3 instead of a 4. The amenities in the one-suite room we had included a
