Priced right. Cozy little room. Had some little cosmetic issues but can't beat the price/location. Stayed for 3 nights, excellent customer service. Worth the warm bed and hot shower even if the shower was cracked/badly repaired. had a mini fridge, microwave, tv. stayed with young child and layout worked well. The electronic key was a little finicky but as I said, all this little things did not really bother us. we liked the stay and would stay again. I would re commend this hotel as well. I can't see spending a ton on a hotel room just to spend a few hours here and there. Even if you are on business there are accommodations. Breakfast is tea and muffins, they probably could add more to that. But the staff is awesome. Let us check in super early bc of how early we got in from our 12 hour drive. they also let us check out late. no cost for either.

Best for the money

Posted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: Price.
Cons: Whole place needs to be remodeled.
Location: Good location for restaurants and shopping.
In a town with outrageous hotel prices, this was the best we could get for the money. I don't understand why Charleston thinks so highly of their hotels. You can get a much better hotel in Savannah for the money and they have a lot more to offer. Anyway, this hotel was clean, the staff was nice although the whole hotel needs a remodel. We were concerned that the highway would be loud so we asked for a room on the other side and they accommodated us! Over-all I guess we'd stay there again, that is if we ever go back to Charleston.

nice hotel

The staff was very friendly;however when I went to the lobby in the morning to get a breakfast muffin the lady at the front desk made it very uncomfortable to even take that. There wasn't even $100 worth of food displayed and she acted as though you were trying to steal her breakfast.

Not bad for the price

Posted Jan 7, 2014
Rooms are a little outdated but we only needed a place to sleep & couldn't beat the price. Clean & very close to a few food chain resturants. We were there in the off season so we really didn't have to deal with any summer vacationers. Would definitely stay there again.
