“Great Value”

Slightly older Sheraton but the rooms are nice and typical for a Sheraton. The location is near the mall and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Additionally, it is a short drive to downtown. During Memorial Day weekend, all of the hotels near Downtown were sold out or were way over-priced. The Sheraton was the best bang for the buck for a 3.5 to 4 star hotel.

Employees were extrremely helpful and courteous. Everything was clean. Pools were maintained. We got lucky and got a room on the top floor, ice machine right around the corner, continental breakfast two rooms down. We truly have no complaints about this hotel. My kids keep asking when can we go back!

Excellent. lose to charleston airport. Booked via epedia and got vip room for what I thought was a low rate for this hotel. Very satisfied.

Everything was really great. They mentioned they had a shuttle to downtown for SPG (Starwood preferred guest) members, which i would not have known if they hadn't mentioned it. Downtown is like 10 or 12 miles away, so that was most helpful. It's free to become an SPG member. My only complaints are that there was no refridgerator or microwave, and that the windows didn't open. i like ventilation and sometimes I like to bring my own food.

We arrived late at night with no unpleasant surprises at the hotel. Quick check-in. Asked for and received an hour extension past normal checkout (normal checkout at noon). Room was very clean and comfortable. General condition of hotel was great. Would stay again.

“Exceptional Stay”

Front desk staff was exceptional and very friendly to military. The room was very comfortable with everything in good working order. Recommend showing up early for the complimentary breakfast to avoid the crowd and to get the full selection.
