“Great hotel and friendly management!”

My husband and I travelled to Charleston, SC for our Daughter's graduation from US Navy/ Nuclear Power School. I chose this hotel randomly on Expedia & trusted the reviews. When we drove up they staff were extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The room was immaculate and everything was included - dishes, utensils, toaster and coffee pot - full kitchen w/micro and convection oven and stovetop. They had everything waiting for us from available coffee and creamer, paper towels and even dish detergent for dishwasher. Breakfasts had every conceivable thing from grits, oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, cereal, fruit, 4 different varieties of coffees, eggs and a side meal which varied daily. Computer Center had latest computers and printers for free, internet in room, two huge flat screens also. One in bedroom and one in living room. Bathroom was large and shower could fit two! The front desk was helpful with brochures and directions to any local attraction. We took a tour of the tea plantation which was great and the USS Yorktown. All in All it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - very satisfied, and I have travelled the world over!

“Great Hotel”

The staff was friendly as well as the atmosphere. The room was very nice, clean and I loved the granite tops for the kitchenette! I wish I knew what scent the hotel had in the hallway, it smelled soooo good! Oh and the hot breakfast buffet was a plus!

“Very nice place!”

Room was very clean- smelled fresh when you walked in, not like a stuffy hotel room. Towels didn't have that bleached smell. Blankets were very cozy. Kitchen was immaculate. Breakfast was great. Felt very safe and comfortable. Will be returning.

“Perfect location”

The hotel was in a perfect location easy to reach downtown Charleston or surrounding attractions such as Folly Beach. The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable.

It was enjoyable The free breakfast was very tasty and delishous. The staff and workers were cordial and friendly.

“Nice and spacious.”

The woman at the front desk was very nice and went out of her way to help us find a restaurant for dinner that evening. Staff (including room service) was pleasant and the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised!

Hotel better than expected. Manager left handwritten welcome note in room. Bed was very comfy. Nice suites. Hotel made stay even better. Traffic pattern a little aggravating due to road construction.

A nice suite motel, with pleasant staff, decent facilities, and an excellent breakfast bar set-up. Room was very nice, with kitchen, and a good layout. The drawback is, if you are planning to spend much time in downtown Charleston, it's a bit of a drive back and forth, although convenient to the arteries leading to other attractions in the area.

“Great, except....!”

Great place to stay except for one thing...the toilet paper sucked! Seems like such a nice hotel could spend a little bit more on softer toilet paper. Next time we'll bring our own!!
