“TRIP TO CHARLESTON”

THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL. THE GM WAS ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT I MANAGERS I HAVE MET THIS BUSINESS. HE TREATS ALL THE GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES AS IF EACH WAS A SPECIAL PERSON. GREAT PLACE WE WILL BE BACK

The room and hotel in general were very clean, everything was working as it should and we never needed to call support. Front desk and lobby area was quite small, but very accommodating to all guests none the less. Plenty of space in room, with extra comfortable beds. Perfect placement to spend days at the beach,

“I love this hotel”

I have stayed here before when it was the Holiday Inn. I was surprised to see that it was the same place. I think this one should be rated 3 star instead of 2 1/2 star. The beds were great. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

“Great Hotel, right on the beach”

This hotel is great. The room was big (perfect with a crib). The complimentary breakfast is convenient. There is a parking lot the other side of the street but you have to pay 5$/day at the chek-out. There is a nice restaurant nearby (with regular kids menus). The beach is nice. I think some of the rooms have only a window on the hallway (not so nice) but we had a room with a balcony. That was great.

1) Good help at hotel, always could answer any questions. 2) Parking was not on the property. Should just include price in hotel cost instead of charging during check-in. 3) Breakfest was a nice treat. 4) Beach access is great.

Just returned home to NE NC after spending Thanksgiving holiday with family in Mt Pleasant. Everything about this hotel was enjoyable: very clean, staff exceptionally friendly, convenient to everything, have NO complaints whatsoever. Will reccomend this hotel to everyone and will stay here every time we come to the area.

“so handy to beach, Charleston and even churches”

now a nice upper deck pool has been added since our last visit. We found The Palms a perfect location for our usual 3 - 4 day visit to Charleston, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee, rinse - off pad on the beach level are extra touches that are really convenient. Next time we'll rent beach bikes.

really enjoyed the hotel and the hospitality and staff, housekeeping staff Leslie was so sweet and just so pleasant to talk to. the hotel and location it was just awesome.
