    The Society House is located where Charleston’s main shopping thoroughfare, King Street meets Society, and is more than a hotel. This 1801 building was fully renovated in 2008 into luxury residential condominiums. All of the accommodation has since been modified to meet the high standards of Charleston visitors. The Society House is ideal for sophisticated travelers that prefer the feel of a private townhome rather than a hotel or inn. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and some units have exposed brick walls that all combine to create an atmosphere of being a visitor in the home of a sophisticated, urban-dwelling friend.
