Exceptional.Posted Feb 20, 2014
A very unique, historic, and absolutely fabulous hotel in Charleston. Quant vs. a large amount of rooms is always a great choice. The hospitality of the staff is second to none. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Excellent complimentary breakfast, rare at a boutique style hotel. Comp wine and cheese in the evening and there own on site gourmet chef. Perfect location, easy walking to all the main historic Charleston sights, shops, and eats. The rooms are warm, inviting, and very comfortable. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay. You will not be disappointed!!!

Walking distance to historic areas.Posted Jan 26, 2014
A wonderful stay in a classic place. Nice touch was the late afternoon wine and cheese. Loved being able to walk to great restaurants and our conference. Always felt safe and enjoyed the beautiful houses along the way.

Wonderful choice...Posted Nov 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
With the amenities afforded by this hotel, I would categorize it more in the B&B category than hotel....we were not disappointed. Rooms were well appointed, decorated, and most importantly - clean. We loved the morning breakfast and evening wine/cheese pairings. Location was perfect for us being just close enough to the main streets but far enough for a change of pace. Only drawback of the trip was the major construction going on across the street. No fault of Zero George and I'm sure they are just as concerned, hopefully it will be completed swiftly. We'll be back!

Incredible Hotel!Posted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: Just about everything - no criticisms whatsoever. The accommodations were particularly nice. We also enjoyed the veranda outside of our rooom
Cons: I'd like to see a little more options on their evening menu. The offerings were very good but the choices were somewhat limited.
Location: The hotel is just a few blocks from Market Street, Meeting Street and King Street where there is a ton of things to do. You really dont need a car.
This was a totally enjoyable experience from the moment we arrived until we (unfortanately) had to depart. We stayed in a Veranda Queen room in one of the single houses and the accommodations were excellent! The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and we definitely plan on returning in the future!

Beautiful boutique hotelPosted Sep 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for two nights over labor day weekend. Pretty much everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated, the ac worked great (very much needed in Charleston!), the staff, wine reception, breakfast, all great. The room had a bit of musty odor when you first walked in. The were asking for $20 a day valet parking, however it was a weekend so you can just park on the street. Location was OK. It was a bit of the beaten track and a 5 minute walk to market street, but still not bad. Overall very nice and would consider this hotel again for a Charleston stay
