"This property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I do have one thing I didn’t like, the bed in our room was not comfortable at all. It seemed somewhat broken down. Not what I expected for this quality of hotel. Other than that this place a great place. "

"This was my first time staying at the property. Overall I really loved the accessibility to the city and atmosphere of the hotel itself. Some things things could have been better. There was a magic eraser left in my bathroom sink when we arrived…I’m guessing from the cleaners. We asked to get our car a couple times and the sense of urgency from the valet staff was awful. We waited no less than 15 minutes each time even when we requested 15 minutes prior. Today when we left there was an older gentleman with glasses who I hadn’t seen the entire weekend. He was running circles around everyone, super personable and in my opinion deserved my tip and he didn’t even get my car for me. I would stay again but hope those aspects are better. "
