Cons: Room was hot, smelly, filthy. The kind of place where they provide condoms in the nightstand drawer.
Absolutely filthy! They should charge by the hour, not the night.

The room smelled old! The iron and board didn't work! The beds were somewhat comfortable! I would not recommend this hotel! The area was nice!

Relaxed environment.

Pros: Relaxed environment, you don't have to worry about running into trouble for much. You just have to look out for the other people staying in the hotel.
Cons: The continental breakfast could be fresher and a little bit more elaborate.
Location: Close to concord, plenty of places to shop and eat only about 15 minutes away.
Overall a mediocre experience. Not great but not terrible. For the price I would really recommend somewhere else.

Third-world hotel, very "Sochi-esque".

AC didn't work, told staff about our problem, offended them. Elevator is straight from 1940's, kinda shady. Bad part of town, shady characters in and out at all hours, poor location, smelled like soured gym socks inside room. Potato chips behind nightstand. Other than all that, it was.......no good.

Dirty Hotel with lazy staff

Pros: Not one thing at all. house keeping was not cleaning the room, vomit on the stairs for two days
Cons: Management,staff furniture carpet really gross
Location: Bad behind the hotel is a strip club very loud and bussy
My husband and I booked four nights at this hotel on our second night a total stranger came in to our room with his own door key at 3:40am if you could imagine how scary that was for us.The stranger looked at us and quickly left. I immediately called the front desk to report the incident. The man at the front desk asked me who was i and why am i in that room according to his information i had already checked out so they re-rented my room to someone else. And the front desk had the nerve to ask me to please look for my hotel reservation at 4:00am so i could go down to lobby and figure out why someone in their front desk staff check me out of the hotel. Am beyond upset at that moment.So i told the front desk if someone cancelled my reservation then leave it like that and re-emburst me for the two other nights they said no. No refunds so we stayed three nights and payed for four.

Low cost did not offset the mediocrity facility

Pros: The only thing was the "low cost", and you get what you pay for, that's my fault, not their fault.
Cons: More research on my part to determine the quality of the facility.
Location: Very little in comparison to what I went to the location for.
Older facility, mediocrity of "breakfast service", when my flight cancelled due to weather, refused to give me 1 night credit or refund, referred me to Expedia. Would not stay there again nor recommend to others stay there. also, farther away from Downtown than other hotels with insignificant cost increases.

Pros: It was open and was inexpensive. The breakfast was good, the coffee was drinkable but they only had powdered cream.
Cons: More staff, as the friendly clerks were really overworked. I doubt this was the first time loads of people were stranded in US Air's hub airport.
Location: There was nothing nearby.
We wound up stranded in Charlotte due to the weather. This hotel had transportation and was inexpensive. We waited a long time for the van, despite having called them to let them know we were waiting in the cold with others. Other nearby hotel's van came by 3 times prior to our being picked up. There was no restaurant near this hotel, and the other stranded guests emptied the vending machines.

the maid steals and looks through your bags. Hotel smells like smoke really bad. If you're not up by 9 they dont clean the room for the day.

I am not a picky person, and realize that I received a room for about half the price of what I usually spend - however, when I got into my room around 11:00 PM due to flight issues because of weather conditions, I found three teenagers on the bed watching a movie. I apologized and went back to the desk. While I was there explaining what happened, the three kids appeared as if they knew the guy behind the desk (a kid himself) and left the hotel. I'm not certain that they were even guests there. Then, there were amenity things like one of the elevator buttons being pryed off so I had to use an ink pen to get the elevator to move, water damage and insulation/piping exposed from a wall outside my room that was torn out... real nice. Like I said, it was less expensive than usual, but, come on... I'm a professional and want my writing to reflect that. I think it does, but I'm really wondering if this will even get posted. Thank you.
