close to uptown

Greg, guy at desk was not friendly. cleaning staff rude. floors were dirty. need new carpet. no lining in shower. shower curtain dirty! bed was comfortable. and close to uptown. I wouldn't stay here again next time in Charlotte

Great Stay Good Safe Hotel

I was never when booking this hotel because of reviews on trip advisor. The compliants about dark halls, loud people and slow to no shuttle service was not an issue. I arrived late at airport and shuttle arrived within 20 minutes of me calling. I prescheduled my departing shuttle and we left on time. It was pleasant drive. The halls not dark but they are nice big halls so there's not tripping over people in the halls. I usually stay at a hilton or nicer but this was well worth the money.

Awful place

Front desk person was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Hallway was dirty - doors to rooms were being readied for painting.

I really liked Lilly. The guy upon check in actually turned out to be accomdating each time I interacted with him! The guy who handled my checkout was rude and appeared irritated! Overall the staff was okay no major complaints! The hotel had an uneasy feeling/prescence to me. The hallway had an old scent. The bathroom vent in my room was hanging. They have cameras everywhere so I felt safe. The hotel could be updated. This particular location was not like any Baymount I ever stayed at. I expected way better!
