Never again

His was a nasty hotel was the only one I could find last minute and couldn't even take a shower or sleep in the room the car would have been 10 times better

Room was not clean. Light bulbs burnt out while i was in the room. Bed spread had burn holes. Disgusting

Worst Hotel in the United States

this was the most horrible experience I have had at a US motel/hotel. Do not stay here, do not go here, find anyplace else. Do not listen to the hotels.com people tell you that it is a decent place to stay -IT IS NOT. From the filthy sheets to the filthy floor to the sink that was obviously painted over, badly, to the door that did not adequately lock, this was horrible. I arrived at 2 am after driving from Charlottesville. I slept with my clothes on and with a gun by my side and managed only 4 hours of sleep before getting up and getting out of there.

We got to the hotel and the greeter was rude, it looked run-down. Then we got to our reserved room and it was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat had dry pee on it! Ugh then there were ashes on the bed from cigarettes and it just overall smelled like pee. THEN we tell the lady it was nasty and she gave us another room. It was comparably cleaner but out of all those open rooms I clearly saw were unoccupied she got us a room with two little seperate beds and they were uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place

Pretty reasonable deal

I spent a quick overnight here during the big snow-induced travel problems period at the Charlotte airport. It wasn't anything to write home about, but the staff was kind and helpful, the wifi worked, and the room was warm (albeit with the use of a space heater). I showered, slept and left... and for the price was *way* better off than all the poor souls stranded at the airport. Nothing fancy (clearly!) - but not bad for the bargain price.

Not what I expected

Initially I booked the hotel based on it's close proximity to the airport, but when I arrived the room had a headboard that had fallen off the wall, there were cracks in the wall, the bathroom seemed to be falling apart, and the toilet had not been flushed upon arriving! As soon as I saw this, I immediately booked another hotel and left. I have stayed at other 2-star hotels before, and they were modest, but at least they were clean. I would not recommend this hotel.
