“Great Stay in Charlotte, NC”

Quality of all hotel services were first class. Room service and breakfast was timely. The breaskfast eggs were cooked to order and the coffee was great. I had meetings in the hotel during the day and again the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The meeting room was comfortable for the group.

“Great weekend”

More than I expected for the price. Everything was great, can't wait to go back. This was the third hotel I've stayed in in uptown Charlotte and the only one I want to go back to for another visit. Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Sports bar in lobby, Starbucks in lobby.

“Great Hotel!Wonderful location!”

This was a great hotel!There were so many great places to visit that were all within walking distance. Just park your car when you get there and go! My one and only complaint was actually getting to the hotel itself. There are so many 1 way streets downtown that we drove around for half an hour just to navigate our way to the main entrance to check in. But after we accomplished that it was smooth sailing. The room was gorgeous with very current decor.

Check in-out was fast and easy, loved the location, staff was extremely friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would've liked to have a fridge in the room though.

“Great City”

Great location, especially if you are there to see one of the sports venues. Although the night life and great food is just outside the hotel, we enjoyed the sports bar within the lobby area. Great hamburgers!

“Charlotte's wonderful hotel”

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was efficient and helpful. the hotel is beautiful and the amenities were fantastic. The room was clean and well designed. I would stay at this hotel again, should I travel to Charlotte in the future.
