“Wonderful place to stay.”

We really enjoyed our stay, I wish we could have stayed the second night. The room was very inviting, comfortable and it smelled good. The staff was great & the Manager had a welcome party in the evening with free food & drinks. The Continental Breakfast was wonderful. The lobey & breakfast room were also very inviting. I will stay at this hotel again.

“Very pleasantly surprised”

We stayed here while we were moving out of our old home and into the new one. My main criteria in selecting this hotel were proximity to my daughter's school, a separate living room and cost. This hotel exceeded my expectations; the staff were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were good (love those cookies!) and the suite we had was pleasant and clean.

“Very Satisfied”

My wife and I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Charlotte for the 1st time and were extremely impressed. The rooms were clean and spacious. If the opportunity presented itself, we would stay there again.

A very nice place to stay in the Charlotte/Matthews, NC area. A bit hard to find, but worth it if you need to be in the Matthews area.

It offers far more than the description provides. The front desk staff were all personable and very welcoming. This value-packed hotel offers an inviting, very clean, safe, homey feel upon entering. Free cookies are baked daily. A manager's reception is free Mon-Wed. I believe...This includes beer, wine, soda, and a full course meal, at NO additional charge to the guests. One night we had delightful lasagna, salad, etc. There is Guest Laundry on-site, which came in quite handy for our stay. Two minor downfalls--A)It's easy to miss the entrance off 74, but no big deal to U-turn. B)Bring a pillow! Theirs offer zero support or comfort. Book this hotel with confidence and enjoy.

The hotel was fantastic; the personal and instalations were really good. i will stay there again without any doubts.

“Friendly staff”

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only thing was I read somewhere that there was an indoor and an outdoor pool but there was only an indoor pool. That was not a big deal though, we got plenty of the outdoors at the theme park. We stayed 2 nights and we would definately stay again. There were plenty of shopping and dining choices close by.

“Great Hotel”

This was a really nice hotel. We are a family of 4 (17 year old twins) and the suite had a beautiful set up with 2 Queenbeds and 1 Sleepersofa. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the rooms are clean and the staff was for the most part very professional. If there was anything I would like to see changed, it is that the breakfast room is not big enough to accommodate everyone in the morning when the hotel is full and the breakfast room attendant seemed overwhelmed.
