As an older person with bad eyes I had a hard time reading the words on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower! They were in a light color. Also, what hotel does not at least have coffee available to travelers who just want a quick cup to head out. The door handle to my room was so hard to open both inside and outside that I had to put my whole body weight against it. Will not be back here and will check out amenities more closely next time I book a hotel. Also no microwave, just a no go for someone on a special diet. They made it so you had to go to their on site restaurant. Cheap trick!

I stayed here for one night, and they charged me $170. However, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. This was an unusual experience for me, and I do not recommend this hotel. Please reconsider spending your money here. When I asked the reception lady about this, she was very rude. Additionally, the AC or heater in the room is old and produces significant noise.

The 3 mounted bottles in the shower are labeled in small font and in lettering almost the same color as the dispenser bottles themselves. This makes it very difficult know what is being dispensed: soap, shampoo, or conditioner.

Staff was very nice and helpful. While room is nicely renovated, AC does not work well. Had AC on 65 and room was atleast 75 degrees. No one notified us that housekeeping was every other day but they did provide towels when requested. However on housekeeping’s expected day for cleaning we arrived at our room at 4p and it still wasnt cleaned. They did clean upon our request. Fire pit is nice. Great location with gas station right next door, many food locations nearby within minutes drive

The room was very clean, my only complaint they were painting out side my room couldn't open my shades , they made alot of noise early in the morning sat and today. Will definitely return again.

Finding the hotel was a little tricky. It is on a corporate business campus which has many excellent benefits. For instance, the hotel a variety of eateries near by, quick access to the interstate, in very quiet area, and it has a gas station tucked away across from the hotel. The check in clerk was amazing! The check out clerk and one of the bistro attendant were very curt and gruff. The indoor pool room is heated but not the water. They do supply towels which is a nice touch. The exercise room is adjacent to the indoor pool with a clear window wall which allows a nice view of the pool while you exercise on the tread mill or elliptical. The hotel was recently renovated and clean overall on the inside. The King room I stayed in had a frig but no microwave. The microwave is in the snack area near the service desk. The microwave is the only thing I personally saw that needed cleaning on the inside. There was a lot of dog poo in the grass going towards the water. Once you get through the poo there is a paved path around the water in the corporate business campus, great for walking or running. Inside the newly renovated room everything was modern and clean. I have to say that bed felt plush and I had no problems falling asleep however I wasn't able to stay asleep. I could hear someone's toilet flusing in the early morning hours both nights. I just played relaxing sounds to cancel out the flushing. Despite these irks, I would definitely stay again and recommend.
