“Great Stay! :)”

Stayed at this hotel just for one night over the weekend. It's in the perfect location, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance from pretty much everything. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean. I'll be staying here everytime I'm in town from now on.

Check out EpiCentre for great restaurants and an entertaining night life scene; it is literally right across the street!

“Good business location”

Was in Charlotte for a conference at the convention center. The hotel room was adequate for one, maybe a bit tight for two or three. Would definitely stay again.

“Satisfied, but not impressed”

The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient in location to uptown attractions...within walking distance. Parking was really efficient and only $10 for the entire stay. I would've preferred the bed to be more comfortable along with a microwave/fridge in the room...that would've made it 5 stars. Overall, I was satisfied, but not impressed.

Uptown...there is no other place to visit.

“Donald's visit”

It was okay....nothing more than average. The parking facilities were less than convenient. You get the feeling that the hotel is in an area of downtown that has some concerns with crime -it was a bit off putting to us but obviously necessary. They have a snack bar of sorts in the lobby area -the lobby area can be described as a less than average 2-3 star. The front desk forgot to call us for our wake-up and was a near disaster. Most of the young front desk crew were inexperienced but one.....a very competent employee was helpful and knowledgeable. The lobby elevators needed your room key to open and the room numbers/floor numbers were confusing. The hotel affiliated limo service was very helpful and pleasant. We will not stay there again -as I am sure there are better choices in the downtown area of Charlotte

Don't know the city of Charlotte so can't recommend any other area -except maybe 'South Park' which is a bit out of the city's center.

“I will stay here again on my next trip.”

Check in was friendly and easy. My room was nicely appointed and very clean. Most of all, the room was quiet and noise from the hallway was at a minimum. The location is excellent in the city center and is walking distance to restaurants and bars. I found it to be a much better value than other higher priced hotels in the area. I will stay here again on my next trip!

Always stay in the uptown area if you enjoy walking, dining and cocktails.

“Business stay October 1-4”

Excellent location for business hotel in Charlotte city centre. Very clean, secure, friendly people working there. Everything I expected. Charlotte is a small downtown area so walking to everything is easy.

“Enjoyed it - would stay again.”

Great hotel. Everything was very clean and the room was gorgeous. The room wasn't huge but definitely still spacious with a nice desk and couch. The hotel is right in town but not noisy. We walked to the Epicentre and Time Warner Arena with no problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

Loved being in Uptown. Lots of great restaurants and a fun nightlife scene - all within walking distance!
