For anyone visiting the Downtown Charlotte area, this hotel is ideally located. It was close to the sporting arenas, and various other attractions, such as museums. You also can catch the historic trolley or free Gold Rush bus shuttle to get around easily. The hotel/room accommodations and service were excellent.

Excellent location for business hotel in Charlotte city centre. Very clean, secure, friendly people working there. Everything I expected. Charlotte is a small downtown area so walking to everything is easy.

Room and service were all good. Parking next door for $10 a day and quite convenient. Connected to evelated mall and near all good restaurants; discovery center; imax, etc. Staff was very nice and helpful.
