“Courtyard Gastonia”

Nice, comfortable room. Good have been a little cleaner in the sink area when I arrived, but overall, a good experience.

The Cox Road area which is one exit away has plenty of food and shopping to fill some time.

“Nice place to stay in Gastonia”

Other than a mildly noisy air conditioner and a slightly dated feeling to the room as a whole, everything was clean and nicely appointed. Certainly worth the rate we paid through expedia.

Area recommendations

We were not there to see Gastonia so know little about the area that cannot be seen from the hotel.

Almost everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There was always a smile and a friendly greeting at the beginning and end of my work day. I look forward to my next visit.

“Gastonia Courtyard”

The most amazing thing about this hotel is the shower! They have two shower heads in each bathroom, and you get really soaked with water when you shower -- the way I like it. I don't know who thought up this design, but it is really neat, and gets around the govevernment restrictions on water flow. No restuarant, but the usual excellent breakfast buffet.

“Very nice hotel”

We stayed here one night while attending the NCAA regional games in Charlotte. This hotel is a great option if you don't want to stay directly in downtown Charlotte (about 15 minute drive). The hotel service and quality of the hotel itself was impressive. This hotel will also throw in complementary breakfast vouchers if you ask about it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

“Southern hospitality at its best!”

Great experience! We checked in around 5:00pm and they couldn't have been nicer...telling us where to find the best BBQ and a movie. They also offered us free breakfast (which was wonderful!). Quiet, good choice of movies, ease in checking in and checking out. We will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent access to the Interstate with ease in finding gasoline, entertainment and restaurants.
