Good location.

Pros: Location
Cons: Info in the rooms and better cleaning.
Location: Right off the major highway from the Charlotte airport. Tons of eating places and shopping close by.
The hotel is getting worn. No information in the room about the hotel or surrounding area. No phone books. No toilet cleaning !!!!! Staff was great. The hot tub was broken everyday we were there (5 days) even with maintenance trying .

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean and quiet; friendly hotel staff. If I were in the area, I would stay there again.

Nice location really close to interstate

Everyone was really nice and professional, very quiet stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and fitness areas. And wow!!!! There's a Starbucks inside.

Chic, with great staff!

Pros: Loved outdoor fire pit, gazebo, inside lobby "living/relaxing" area, touch screen weather screens, airport check-in portal/printer.
Cons: Possibly microwaves in the rooms and a free breakfast in the morning (or maybe the option for an additional fee for an all-you can eat breakfast???)
Location: mall, close restaurants, Rankin park (gem we found)
Great, very chic, classy hotel for the price. Very clean. Had wonderful staff as well - very polite and knowlegable.

Remodeled hotel right off interstate

Very nicely updated, very convenient, great lobby, wonderful room with very comfortable beds ! Has sink outside bathroom which is great for 4 people. Would recommend

Decent if you have no expectations

Cons: Backroom sink drainage, complimentary lotion provided, TV channel navigation improvements
Location between places we were going to was good. Close to I85 was nice. Room was just OK, bathroom sink drained slow and no complimentary small lotions provided (wife forgot hers otherwise this would not be a major issue). TV navigation wasn't good, no way to look at guide and scroll channels to find out what's on and choose one. Guide came on upon turning TV on then disappeared after you put in channel # never again to show itself. You either had to just go up and down channel by channel or remember what channel had what to type in channel #. A bit noisy, could easily hear others above or next to our room showering and noise in the halls. Can't say I'd recommend or not recommend, it just is what it is.

It was a roof over my head....

For the cost of the room, excess of $120 a night, for 1 person, 1 bed. I would have thought the amenities would have included more than free wifi. The outlets in the room were worn out and my chargers would not stay plugged in to charge in a convenient location due to that. There was no mini frig or microwave. Vending machine would not take my money for a cold drink.

All attempts to correct the booking from king to double was not corrected.Not happy with this turn of events. Also not exactly up to Marriott standards.

Perfect Stay
